適用於T5燈管之可調光數位式群組非對稱脈波寬度調變安定器之研製

Realization Study of Digital Group-Asymmetrical PWM Ballast for Dimmable T5 Fluorescent Lamp

摘要


本文提出一種分析群組非對稱脈波寬度調變(Group Asymmetrical Pulse Width Modulation)技術的方法來消除日光燈的輝紋現象;此技術以不對稱的工作週期訊號將燈管電流的駐波能量分散到其他諧波上,藉此消除燈管在低亮度時產生的輝紋現象。本研究並以數位控制器即時改變責任週期產生數位化之群組非對稱脈波寬調變信號,實現調變技術,降低電路複雜度。本文實際以串聯諧振並聯負載式半橋電子安定器實現數位群組調變T5燈管電流的控制,並利用數學分析、軟體模擬以及實驗結果來驗證所提理論之正確性。實驗結果證明本文所提之方法確實能將日光燈在調光範圍0% - 100%亮度時,過程中不會產生輝紋現象。

This thesis proposes an analysis for describing a group-asymmetrical pulse-width-modulation (GAPWM) that eliminates the striation occurring in the fluorescent lamp. The GAPWM uses an asymmetrical duty period to share the energy of the standing wave into the other harmonics, which can effectively eliminate the striation in low luminance. A microcontroller is used to replace the conventional analog controller, which can adaptively regulate the modulation duty so that the circuit might be simple and compact. A design example using series-resonant parallel-load half-bridge inverter (SRPL-HBI) is examined and experimented to realize the dimming performance of a T5 fluorescent lamp. The experiment result shows good behavior in low-level luminance without striation during whole dimming range between 0% - 100%, which completely agrees with the theoretical analysis and simulation.
