桃園縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師實施探究取向的教學之調查研究

A Survey Study on Implementing Inquiry-Based Teaching of Elementary School Science Teachers in Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究以問卷調查法對桃園縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師之探究取向的教學現況進行調查,旨在明瞭桃園縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師對探究取向的教學之了解程度、實施現況和實施困境為何,以及個人背景變項(性別、年齡、年資、學歷、學科背景與學校規模)對其了解程度、實施現況和困境造成的差異,並對國小自然與生活科技教育提出建議。 為達研究目的,本研究以相關文獻的理論性探討與實證性的研究為基礎,提出研究架構。並參考丘名實(2010)「國小自然科教師對於STS議題作為教學資源及使用策略調查問卷」以及Costenson與Lawson(1986)、Lawson(1995)、Anderson(1996)、羅星凱(2003)、蘇詠梅(2000)等學者關於教師實施IBT(探究取向的教學之簡稱)方面的研究文獻,自編三份調查問卷,包含「國小自然與生活科技領域教師對IBT的了解程度」調查問卷、「國小自然與生活科技領域教師實施IBT的現況」調查問卷及「國小自然與生活科技領域教師在IBT實施上所遭遇的困境」調查問卷,藉以瞭解國小自然與生活科技領域教師實施IBT之現況,並探討此各變項和教師背景間的相關與預測力。針對桃園縣學校比例分層取樣之290位國小自然與生活科技領域教師進行調查,回收有效問卷為281份,回收率為96.9%,調查之所得資料利用平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Scheffé法等統計方法進行分析。 研究結果顯示,桃園縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師對IBT的了解達中等以上程度,教師年齡、最高學歷及學校規模對其IBT了解程度有顯著的影響,但性別、年資及學科背景對其IBT了解程度的影響則不顯著;桃園縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師實施IBT的情況亦傾向中等以上的實施程度,且以探究訓練模式、引導式探究模式與創造思考模式之實施程度較高,教師的最高學歷對其實施IBT的影響則不顯著;桃園縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師實施IBT的困境遭遇呈現中間偏高程度,且以課程研發和教學執行層面的困境遭遇情況最多,教師的性別、年齡、年資、最高學歷、學科背景及學校規模等背景變項對其實施IBT的影響則不顯著。此結果值得國小科學教育和師資培育者參考。

This research carries on a survey to the teaching current conditions of the investigation mindset of elementary school nature in Taoyuan County and the life science and technology realm teacher by questionnaire survey. The aim is to clear elementary school nature in Taoyuan County and life science and technology realm teacher's teaching in investigating a mindset of understanding degree﹑implementations current conditions and implementation dilemma why, and personal background variable(sex, age and past service, educational background and academics background and scale in the school) to its understanding degree, carry out current conditions and dilemma cause of difference, and put forth a suggestion to the elementary school nature and life science and technology education. In order to attain to study a purpose, this research with the theories of the collection study and substantial evidence research for foundation, put forth research structure. And reference Qiu solid(2010)"natural teacher Ke in the elementary school is teaching resource and usage strategy survey questionnaire to the STS subject" and Costenson and Lawson(1986) and Lawson(1995), Anderson(1996) and Luo star Kai(2003) and Su sing scholars like plum(2000),etc to carry out IBT(investigation mindset of the brief name of teaching) concerning the teacher of research cultural heritage, from weave three survey questionnaires which included "elementary school nature and the teacher's understanding to IBT degree of life science and technology realm" survey questionnaire and "the current conditions of elementary school nature and life science and technology realm teacher implementation IBT" survey questionnaire and"elementary school nature and life science and technology realm teacher at the dilemma suffered by IBT implementation top" survey questionnaire. By using these survey to understand elementary school nature and life science and technology realm the current conditions of the teacher implementation IBT, and study this each variable and teacher background of related and estimate power. The 290 elementary school natures aiming at comparison layering sampling in Taoyuan County school and life science and technology realm teacher carries on a survey, recalling the effective questionnaire is 281, recovery rate is 96.9%, investigate of the income data make use of average, Sigma, T test, single factor variation number analysis and Scheffe'method etc. statistics the method carry on analysis. Research suggests that elementary school nature in Taoyuan County and the teacher's understanding to IBT of life science and technology realm attain medium etc. above degree as a result, teacher's age, the highest educational background and scale in the school contain notable influence to its IBT understanding degree; however, the sex, past service and academics background understand that didn’t affect its IBT. The elementary school nature in Taoyuan County and life science and technology realm teacher carries out an IBT condition to also wait for above implementation degree in the tendency, and trains mode, the guide type investigation mode and creation to consider the implementation degree of mode by investigation higher, the teacher's tallest educational background to in fact IBT's influence then isn't notable. The elementary school nature in Taoyuan County and life science and technology realm teacher carries out an IBT dilemma situation to present high degree, and the curriculum development and the teaching carry out the dilemma of level to encounter a condition at most, the teacher's sex, the age, past service, the highest educational background and academics background variables, such as background and school scale...etc. to in fact IBT's influence then isn't notable.This result is worthy of elementary science education and teachers’ training by reference.
