The Research in the Solution of the Quadratic Equation with Matrix Expression

In the middle school, we use the completing the square to solve the solution of the quadratic equation. This paper extends it to the solution of the quadratic equation of the matrix, what is its type? What is the relationship between its coefficient and its solution? This paper discusses in detail.
