摘要

本論文主要是運用高中所學的統計知識，如何應用在選舉，並且對報章媒體雜誌中所用的一些統計語言加以解釋，讓同學知道課本上的知識，如何應用在實際的問題中，並且對一些觀念加以釐清，以期對民調結果的數據有更加了解。往後和他人在公共議題的論述上，或是當自己是一個決策者時，就知道如何利用民調所得的結果，來判斷是否還有沒有努力的空間。也可藉由了解某項議題在選前進行民調的預期結果，與選後呈現的真實結果進行兩者的比較，藉以判斷哪些民調公司是可以信賴的。

The dissertation is applied with statistics approach of Taiwan high school education, explaining how to utilize on election and engage the statistics language in the media, such as newspaper or magazine. The dissertation aims to help Taiwan high school students to execute statistics knowledge in practice and to understand more about how to analyze, evaluate and employ correctly the polls when they are as a decision maker in the future. Besides, the dissertation compares the expected outcome before election and the real outcomes after election, refereeing which polls company is reliable.
