本研究旨在瞭解桃園市中壢區某國小中、高年級學童其家庭背景與DISC人格特質之關係。以桃園市某國小中、高年級465位學生以及其中170位家長為研究對象,採問卷調查法進行施測,最後再使用統計軟體進行統計分析。 研究結果如下: 一、不同性別的國小學童在DISC人格特質上部分有顯著差異。 (一)男生的D分數較女生D分數高;女生的S分數較女生S分數高。 二、不同年齡的國小學童在DISC人格特質上沒有顯著差異。 三、不同家庭型態的國小學童在DISC人格特質上沒有顯著差異。 四、是否獨生的國小學童在DISC人格特質上有顯著差異。 (一)非獨生子女在D、I、C的分數都較獨生子女高。 五、不同出生序的非獨生國小學童在DISC人格特質上沒有顯著差異。 六、不同父親管教方式的國小學童在DISC人格特質上沒有顯著差異。 七、不同母親管教方式的國小學童在DISC人格特質上部分有顯著差異。 (一)民主母親的S分數較權威母親的S分數高。 八、在170組親子中,僅有22.9%的家長是了解自己子女的DISC人格特質。
The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between third to sixth grade students in elementary school in Zhongli, Tauyuan and DISC Personality Traits. For the purpose of this research, quantitative research method was chosen, by giving out questionnaires to 465 students and 170 parents in total. Finally, statistics software was utilised for better and more accurate results. The research here suggests that, 1. There are significant differences on DISC according to different sexualities. (1) D score of males is higher than females’, S score of females is soaring than males. 2. No notable contrasts have been found in different age groups. 3. No obvious variation is observed in different family type. 4. Apparent variance on DISC has been proved depending on single children (1) Non-single children have soaring scores on D, I and C. 5. No bright changes have been discovered in specific orders of birth. 6. No explicit divergence has been identified on the basis of Parental discipline style. 7. Among 170 groups of parents and children, solely 22.9% of parents are found to understand DISC of their children.
