在現今時代,科技輔助人們實現許多事情,比傳統人工更加方便與快速。本論文中,我們提出了一個新的高效率點名系統,結合了智慧型手機與Google Spreadsheet的方便性來管理出勤紀錄。透過使用Google Apps Script不僅點名單可以從Google Spreadsheet載入,出勤紀錄也能同步到Google Spreadsheet。本系統提供了多種點名方式,包括有:傳統姓名確認點名、智能注音輸入法點名、NFC感應點名,形成一個同時擁有快速且高效率的點名系統。除此之外,在龐大的團體使用時,可以同時使用多部智慧型手機進行點名,大大的增加點名效率。
In these days, science and technology helps in achieving many things more easily and quickly than traditional way. In this paper, we propose a new efficient roll call system, which combines the conveniences of smart phones and Google spreadsheet to manage attendance records. The list of names can be downloaded from a Google spreadsheet and the attendance records can be synchronized to the spreadsheet table. The system provides traditional name check method, smart Mandarin phonetic input method, and NFC scan method for a fast roll call. In addition, for a large group, the roll call task can be done by using several mobile phones simultaneously to increase the roll call efficiency.
