以 DDCC 設計之ㄧ階全通濾波器與弦波振盪器

First-order allpass filter and sinusoidal oscillators using DDCCs

摘要


本論文中提出一個 DDCC 加上一個電阻及一個接地電容所組成的電壓式一階全通濾波器。電路設計並無被動元件匹配之需求,所提出之濾波器具有低輸出阻抗之優點,可直接串接到下一級電路而不需多串接一個緩衝器。 利用上述所提到之一階全通濾波器為基本電路,可以設計出新的正交振盪器與偶相位弦波振盪器電路。模擬結果佐證其設計原理。

A voltage-mode first-order allpass filter using one differential difference current conveyor (DDCC), one grounded capacitor and one floating resistor is presented. No passive component matching constraints are required. Because the output impedance of the proposed allpass filter is low, the output terminal can be directly connected to the next stage. Using the proposed first-order allpass filter as basic building block, new quadrature oscillator and even-phase sinusoidal oscillators can be obtained. The simulation results confirm with the theoretical analysis.
