印刷電路板設備產業經營策略研究-比較個案分析

摘要


摘 要 近年來在政府及產業界的推動之下,台灣電路板產業已成為全球重要的生產國家,其中印刷電路板設備對於電路板產品有重大之貢獻。期望藉由產業中領導廠商的經營策略來檢視經營不善的廠商其經營方式,給在印刷電路板設備產業中業者做為參考及借鏡;並能對印刷電路板設備之經營策略有深入瞭解;同時讓政府瞭解產業所面臨的經營困境,適時幫助其解決困難。 為了對台灣印刷電路板設備產業的經營策略能夠更深入的了解,以比較個案研究法(comparative case method)的方式進行方析,應用一個具有實務性及理論性的策略分析工具,且更希望利用具體圖像來表達抽象的策略觀點,所以本研究以國內學者司徒達賢(1995)提出之「策略形態分析法」,先進行個案公司在策略上的分析,具體描繪個案公司之策略形貌;然後運用其更具整合性分析架構「策略矩陣分析法」,以策略形態構面為基礎,及結合產業價值鏈的概念,來完整評估及分析個案公司之經營策略。經由產業中領導廠商之個案公司的經營策略進行比較分析,來探討經營不善個案公司之經營策略,得到下列結論: 一、產業價值鏈價值單元未呼應、配合 二、對交易合作對象未謹慎尋找評估 三、對網絡關係未用心經營 四、對規模經濟無適當管理 五、未運用競爭優勢延伸地理發展 六、財務決策未能與策略相配合

Abstract In recent years , depend on the government push about that Taiwan rapid increasing grow up and had been an important PCB output and product area all over the world. PCB equipment industrial play a role and be a good contribute too .Here we want to judge and inspect some bad property of pool manage company by a good good leader company . This thesis can be token an excellent references to another merit .We try to understand the manage strategy of PCB equipment industrial and expect which can offer officer to amend some difficulty. In order to understand more about manage stragety of Taiwan’s PCB equipment industrial , we analysis these issues by comparative case method ,and apply an analytical tool with implemental and theoretical. According to “stragety form” by 司徒達賢 assay the stragety in which case study we can describe its profile clearly . Then we discuss “stragety matrix” base on stragety form and possocession value to perform estimating and analysis the stragety of the company for we study. By research the leader company ,we obtain some conclusions for pool manage company as follows: 1.Possocession value unit can’t match to each other. 2.They didn’t estimate cooperate partner carefully. 3.Ignore network relationship. 4.They can’t appropriate to administrate and operate model economics. 5.They didn’t apply some good competition to expand business by geography moving. 6.Finical policy can’t be match by manage stragety.
