摘要


本研究主要是利用介電分析儀DEA 2970量測在頻率範圍210 ~ 300 kHz及溫度範圍30 ~ 55 oC之醇胺類及醇胺水溶液靜態介電常數值。本實驗所量測醇胺濃度範圍為 (20 ~ 80 mol %),所量測的醇胺類系統為di-isopropanolamine (DIPA), diethanolamine (DEA), N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), triethanolamine (TEA), 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol (AMP) 以及ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (C4E1) 及其水溶液。本研究所量測的雙成份水溶液靜態介電常數值不確定度為 ± 0.15。從量測出的結果可知靜態介電常數值會隨著溫度上升而下降,隨著醇胺類莫爾分率的增加而有下降的趨勢。量測結果之介電常數值以Redlich-Kister型關係式及其他模式來計算結果及比較。本研究所計算之Redlich-Kister型關係式靜態介電常數值與實驗值比較的絕對平均誤差 (AAD %) 皆小於1 %,優於其他之計算模式。

The static dielectric constants of five alkanolamines and the corresponding aqueous alkanolamine solutions over the frequency range of 210 - 300 kHz for temperatures 30 ~ 55 oC were measured using a dielectric analyzer. The concentration range of aqueous alkanolamine solutions are from 0.2 to 0.8 mole fraction of alkanolamines. The systems selected for study are: di-isopropanolamine (DIPA), diethanolamine (DEA), N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), triethanolamine (TEA), 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol (AMP), ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (C4E1) and the corresponding aqueous solutions. The static dielectric constant of the fluids were obtained by averaging the values of the dielectric constants in the frequency range of 210 ~ 300 kHz. The uncertainty of the measured static dielectric constants is estimated as ± 0.15. The static dielectric constants of aqueous alkanolamine solutions decrease with increases in temperature and also decrease with increase with the mole fraction of alkanolamines in solution. The static dielectric constants of aqueous solutions were correlated by the Redlich-Kister type equation and also by some frequently used models. The average absolute percentage deviation (AAD %) for the calculations of the static dielectric constant of aqueous solutions is about 1 %, which is better than all the other models.
