討論界面活性劑對製備聚醯亞胺顆粒之影響

Influence of surfactants on the preparation of polyimide particles

摘要


本研究利用分散聚縮合反應及沉澱聚縮合反應製備聚醯亞胺顆粒。將二酸酐單體與二胺單體溶於聚合媒介中,加入不同種類的界面活性劑並以均質機或恆溫震盪槽使其分散均勻後進行聚合反應,製得聚醯胺酸顆粒,再經由化學醯亞胺化成聚醯亞胺顆粒。利用配方及反應條件的改變,探討對聚醯亞胺顆粒粒徑大小、表面形態及其熱性質等物性的影響,由實驗結果獲得製備單一散度聚醯亞胺顆粒穩定聚合系統。 由實驗結果得知,高分子型穩定劑聚乙烯基烷酮有較好的穩定效果;聚合顆粒粒徑隨二酸酐單體及二胺單體之總量增加而增加。所得顆粒依配方及反應條件不同,其粒徑介於0.18 慆~4.5 慆之間,其10%熱重損失介於600℃~650℃之間。

In this study, polyimide particles were prepared by dispersion polycondensation and precipitation polycondensation. Monomer dianhydride and diamine were dissolved in polymerization medium with different kinds of surfactant, then disperse homogeneously and polymerize in homogenizer or constant temperature stirring tank. After completely polycondensation, poly(amic acid) particles can be obtained. Subsequently, polyimide particles were formed via chemical imidization. By changing the recipes and reaction condition, the effects on the particles size、morphology and physical properties such as thermal stability were investigated. The stable polymerization system to prepare monodisperse polyimide particles can be found from experiment. From the experimental results, we can get better particle morphology with no aggregation by using PVP as stabilizer ; the diameter of polyimide particles increased with increasing the total amount of dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer. The diameter of polyimide particles prepared under various recipes and reaction conditions were in the range between 0.18 and 4.5 慆, and the 10% weight loss of polyimide particles was in the range of 600℃and 650℃.
