隨著產業的快速發展,對於產品所要求的品質也越來越高,因此,如何確保我們的量測系統可以獲得有意義且正確的量測數據,替我們的產品做好把關的工作,避免失敗成本的產生,也是越來越重要的一項事情,而本研究針對液晶顯示器(LCD)的輝度,進行機台的量測比對,以期能讓公司內相同量測功能但不同的量測系統皆能有共同的量測可信賴性,避免造成不同判定結果之發生,而影響產品誤放或誤殺的失敗成本發生,並且建立輝度比對差異調整之流程,以確保此品質特性有效的被管控。 而針對冷陰極燈管輝度量測系統不穩定之問題,我們也藉由統計分析之方法找出原因並加以改善,並藉由本研究建立之比對差異調整流程,找出標準機台與實際執行量測機台之相關性,更確保此量測系統之可信賴性。
With the fast development of the industry, it is higher and higher to the quality required of the products, so, how to guarantee our measurement system to get meaningful and correct data to checking for products fail to avoid the cost is the more and more important thing. This research is focus on the luminance of the LCD which is measured by the different equipment, we want to find the relationship of them which have the same measure function but in different system can all have the reliable measurement to have the same judgment to avoid the failure cost. We establish the analysis procedure and find the relationship to ensure this quality characteristic is controlled effectively. We find the root cause and improve the unstable measurement of the CCFL by statistical analysis to guarantee the quality. And follow the analysis procedure to find the relationship of the equipment to guarantee this quantity and measurement.
