具高功因與高效率特性之液晶電視電源供應器

摘要


中文摘要 近年來,電子化社會已經快速轉型為多媒體資訊化社會,大尺寸液晶電視因此成為今日最快速成長的市場之一。具有高效率與高功率因數特性之電源供應器,係此類商業用途所必須的。本論文研究一種應用於液晶電視之高效能電源模組。該電源模組係由功率因數修正器,和具有零電壓切換特性之串聯諧振轉換器所構成,來提供液晶電視之背光電路與系統模組電源。功率因數修正器的加入,降低了該電源模組之輸入電流諧波,並提高功率因數。ㄧ部雛型電路被設計與實現,其實驗波形驗證了所提出方法的可行性,結果令人滿意。 關鍵字:液晶電視、功率因數修正器、零電壓切換、串聯諧振轉換器

Abstract In recent years, the electronic society has been reshaped rapidly into a multimedia information society. Large scale of LCD TV is one of the fastest growing markets today. A power supply with high efficiency and high power factor features is needed for these commercial applications. In this thesis, we study a high performance power module for LCD TV. The power module consists with a power factor corrector and a series-resonant converter with zero-voltage-switching features. It supplies power for backlight circuit and system modules of LCD TV. The addition of the power factor corrector reduces source current harmonics and achieves high power factor. A laboratory prototype was designed and implemented. The experimental waveforms were given to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. The results are satisfactory.
