摘 要 本研旨在探討研究生生活壓力與個人競爭力關係之關係。研究方法採問卷調查法,以中原大學研究生為研究對象,採普查方式進行調查,共發出525份問卷,回收之問卷一共510份,有效問卷為510份,可用率為100%。使用工具為自編之「研究生生活壓力與個人競爭力問卷」,所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元回歸進行分析。 綜合文獻探討及研究調查結果,本研究獲得之結論如下: 一、研究生生活壓力普遍不高。 二、研究生個人競爭力表現優良。 三、研究生會因背景變項的不同在生活壓力上有差異。 四、研究生會因背景變項的不同在個人競爭力上有差異。 五、研究生生活壓力與個人競爭力間具有低程度之正相關。 六、研究生生活壓力對個人競爭力六個構面之預測力約在6%到15%之間。 根據以上研究發現,本研究分別從生活壓力、個人競爭力及後續研究提出建議,以供參考。 關鍵詞:研究生、生活壓力、個人競爭力
Abstract The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relationships between graduate student’s life stress and personal competitiveness in Chung Yuan Christian University. The study was conducted in questionnaire survey with self-designed “Questionnaire of graduate student’s life stress and personal competitiveness in Chung Yuan Christian University.” The survey is targeted at the graduate student’s in Chung Yuan Christian University, and uses Census to select samples. Total of 525 questionnaires were sent out , 510 questionnaires returned, 510 were valid. The valid recovering rate was 100%. For analyzing and studying questionnaire data, statistical methods such us descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The conclusions of the study were summarized as below: 1. Life Stress in Chung Yuan Christian University is generally not high of Graduate student’s. 2. Personal Competitiveness in Chung Yuan Christian University have good evaluation of Graduate student’s. 3. Graduate student’s did vary with the different personal background elements in Life Stress. 4. Graduate student’s did vary with the different personal background elements in Personal Competitiveness. 5. There is a low positive correlation between life stress and personal competitiveness of Graduate student’s in Chung Yuan Christian University. 6. Life stress could predict personal competitiveness and the data was about 6% to 15%. According to the research findings, this study provides suggestions to the life stress, personal competitiveness and future studies.
