室內設計技師考試科目之探討

摘要

隨著國內經濟起飛，室內設計產業蓬勃發展，室內設計教育體系建構完整，每年畢業生約有1700人，目前最高資格僅為乙級技術士考試，完全忽略室內設計專業之價值。
2013年1月8日立法院三讀通過專門職業及技術人員考試法修正草案，重點包括如室內設計師等，未來將可辦理專門職業及技術人員之實質認定標準、及實質認定程序等事項。室內設計師未來將可納入國家考試之範疇，故應考科目之研擬及範圍，將決定社會與各界對室內設計師之期許。
本研究以室內設計師之角色功能定位做出發，蒐集美日等國家室內設計師考試項目，國內建築物室內設計乙級及室內裝修工程管理乙級技術士之考試科目，以現今國內各大專院校室內設計相關科系課程作為大綱，重整應試科目，以質性訪談法針對室內設計師了解其社會價值之認定及期許，以訂定其技師考試科目及範圍。
本研究結果得知室內設計有其專業性，可提升人民居住的生活品質，故建議考試科目分別為：1.裝修結構設計基礎2.室內環境品質與控制3.室內規劃設計4.室內裝修工程5.建築物室內裝修相關法規與實務6.室內裝修工程管理等六大項。

Along with the flourish of economy, decorations are developing very well, education system has complete and graduate 1700’s every year, but we just have the technician examination.
Legislative Yuan adopts the amendment of specialized career and technician examinations act in Jan 8, 2013. Emphasis focus on interior designer as so on, they can execute the identification and expectation in the future. The certified interior designer will be included by national exam, test subjects and examinations will be confirmed by industry and academia.
We research the character and function of interior designer technician, collect the national exam of American and Japan about interior designer, also include the technician examinations about interior design and decoration. Outline the school curriculum of interior design, refresh the examinations, recognize the social value by the qualitative interviews, we can set the interior designer examinations.
The study result find out interior design is professional, so the examinations should be 1.The foundation of decoration structure 2.Quality control of interior environment 3.Interior planning and design 4.Decoration engineering 5. Decoration code and practice 6.The management of decoration.
