新廠佈置規劃最佳化探討-以M公司為例

摘要


本研究主要透過探討系統佈置規劃的方法,對於M公司新廠房進行設施規劃,M公司為一間發展自有品牌的工業自動化系統整合設備商,提供不同領域、不同需求的高品質工業自動化產品,由於業績逐年提升,目前廠房空間已經不敷使用,為擴大產能並提供給客戶更多的服務內容,故M公司決定籌建一個屬於自己以自動倉儲系統為主體的智能化廠房,以應對未來產能需求,然而一個新廠房的規劃必須使用各種專業的方法來進行分析,不能夠依賴直覺性判斷與經驗法則來執行,倘若未能詳加思考,後續進行工程設計變更的各項成本支出,將難以估計, 本研究以系統佈置規劃為主體架構,協助M公司進行新廠房的設施規劃,系統佈置規劃是一個條理性很強的技術,在平面佈置設計領域獲得廣泛的運用。本文將透過分析作業物流關聯性,分析各部門之間的強弱關聯程度,對各區域進行配置與動線規劃,幫助M公司發揮新廠的最大價值。

In response to future capacity needs, Planning new plant must use a variety of professional approach to analysis,If unable to think in detail, The follow-up costs for engineering change will be difficult to estimate。 In this study, SLP(Systematic Layout Planning) planning approach as the main framework,Assist M company in the planning of facilities for the new plant, SLP is a highly rational technology that is widely used in the field of floor plan design,The article will use the analysis of operational logistics relevance, the degree of strength and weakness between departments,The configuration and dynamic planning of each area will help M company to maximize the value of the new plant。
