This research studies the application of home-made “ Dip coating machine ” and uses remote mobile device with WiFi to set parameter conditions of “ Dip coating machine ”, so as to omit the space of large-screen display for many various parameters setting. And “ Dip coating machine ” can be connected with any mobile device to increase its convenience. We use “ Dip coating machine ” to coat the hydrophilic or hydrophobic solvent on the glass substrate, and set the different parameters in each process (such as: up-speed of “ Dip coating machine ” , baking time, baking temperature), then measure the contact angle of each process sample with the water drop. To analyze the influence of different process parameters for the hydrophilic and hydrophobic characterization and its durability on the glass surface. Finally, we get the suitable process conditions for the future different application.
