CAN BUS車用通訊的原理與驗證

摘要


近來隨著汽車科技的進步以及車市的蓬勃發展,人們對於車輛便利性及舒適性的要求逐漸提高,致使車輛在控制器方面的要求也跟著提高。目前各大車廠所通用的通訊架構為控制器區域網路(CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK BUS,CAN BUS),可以通過總線來連接車內各種電子控制器、感知器及其他電裝部品,並形成一個既快速又準確的車輛區域網路控制。 由於控制器的增加勢必使得區域網路的負載量也跟著加重,並造成與其它控制器的通訊出現問題,為了減少甚至避免這種問題,本論文實際使用中華菱利電動車E-VERYCA作為執行網路通訊驗證的樣本車輛。本論文內容主要分成CAN BUS通訊訊框的原理及針對通訊訊框的驗證,以及使用那些工具進行,在經過一系列的測試之後即可有效的提高並保證車輛的通訊品質及穩定度。

WITH AN ADVANCEMENT OF AUTOMOBILE TECHNOLOGY AND A PROSPEROUS AUTOMOBILE MARKET, THE STANDARD OF DRIVING COMFORT AND THE REQUEST OF AMENITIES HAVE GRADUALLY INCREASED. AS THE RESULT OF THAT, A DEMAND FOR HIGH QUALITY VEHICLE CONTROLLERS HAS ALSO INCREASED. AT PRESENT, THE MOST COMMON COMMUNICATION ARCHITECTURE AMONG CAR MANUFACTURERS IS CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK BUS (CAN BUS), WHICH CAN CONNECT VARIOUS ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT (ECU), SENSORS AND OTHER COMPONENTS IN A CAR AND FORM A FAST AND ACCURATE CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK. AS AN INCREASE OF THE ECU WILL INEVITABLY INCREASE THE TRAFFIC OF THE LOCAL NETWORK AND FURTHER CAUSE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS, THIS DISSERTATION WILL DISCUSS TREATMENTS TO THESE PROBLEMS BY ANALYSING REAL DATA PROVIDED BY CMC VARICA. THE CONTENT OF THE DISSERTATION IS MAINLY DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS. THE FIRST PART COVERS PRINCIPLE OF CAN BUS COMMUNICATION FRAME AND ITS VERIFICATION WHILE THE SECOND PART REVEALS TOOLS THAT CAN IMPROVE COMMUNICATION QUALITY AND STABILITY OF THE VEHICLE AFTER CONDUCTING A SERIES OF TESTS.
