本研究依陸軍某連隊,探討體能相關各項變數與激勵政策及懲罰政策,是 否影響該連隊體能成績的變化,以利後續單位參照,並在體能訓練上可以精進 。本研究成果也可以供民間企業參考激勵、懲罰政策,員工所能帶給公司最高 的效益。依迴歸分析體能測驗人員的各項變數,數據的統計是由民國 109 年的 第一季迄至民國 110 年的第二季,這段期間採用懲罰政策及激勵政策,可以得 到體測秒數及各建置班人員的變化,且在年節後也可以看得出測驗人員疏於訓 練體測成績下滑,然而在變數中與測驗人員最有相關的體重,體重的增加及減 少都會影響跑步的秒數。據此連隊在體能上有數據的採納,更能在成績上擬訂 相關的訓練方法,可以依個人的肌力、心肺及核心的不足,採不同的訓練方式 給予實質的效果。綜觀激勵政策是可以在短時間內讓團隊團結,且有效得到體 能進步及激進,讓部隊體能成績有所提升。
Based on a company in the Army, this study explores whether various physical fitness-related variables, incentive policies, and punishment policies affect the changes in the company's physical fitness performance.This research can be served as a reference forother companiesto improve their physical fitness training programs. The results of this research can also be used for private enterprises to refer to incentive and punishment policies, and employees can bring the highest benefits to the company. According to the regression analysis of the variables of the physical fitness testers, the statistics of the data are from the first quarter in 2020 to the second quarter in 2021. During this period, the penalty policy and incentive policy can be used to obtain the number of seconds in the physical test and each change of the staff in the establishment class, and it can be seen that the test staff neglected the training and the physical test performance declined after the New Year. However, among the variables, the weight that is most relevant to the test staff, the increase and decrease of the weight will affect the running seconds. Based on this, the company has adopted data in terms of physical fitness, and can formulate relevant training methods in terms of performance. According to individual muscle strength, cardiopulmonary and core deficiencies, different training methods can be used to give substantial results. Looking at the incentive policy, the team can be united in a short period of time, and the physical fitness can be improved and radicalized effectively, so that the physicalperformance of the troops can be improved.
