國中教育階段在家教育巡迴輔導教師提供特殊教育服務之調查研究

A Study of Providing Special Education Services for Homebound Itinerant Teachers in Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在了解國中教育階段在家教育巡迴輔導教師提供特殊教育服務現況,並且探討不同個人背景變項之教師對於工作困難與挑戰之差異情形。 本研究以全國國中在家教育巡迴輔導教師為對象,採用問卷調查法,共發出63位份問卷,最終回收有效問卷56份。問卷資料以描述性統計、t檢定及單因子變異數分析進行統計,獲致研究結果如下: 1.巡迴輔導教師於課程內容與實施方式頻率介於總是如此至經常如此之間。 2.巡迴輔導教師於親師合作頻率介於總是如此至經常如此之間。 3.巡迴輔導教師於困難與挑戰整體服務經驗介於同意至不同意之間,以「交通」最高,其次依序為「教學安排」、「在家教育相關制度」、「學生家庭」、「教師專業能力」及「相關支援服務」。 4.不同教學年資之教師在困難與挑戰(教師專業能力、相關支援服務及教學安排)無顯著差異。 5.不同特殊教育背景之教師在困難與挑戰(教師專業能力、相關支援服務及教學安排)達顯著差異。 最後依據研究結果,提出具體建議予巡迴輔導教師、學校、教育行政機關以及後續研究參考。 關鍵詞:國中教育階段、在家教育、巡迴輔導教師、特殊教育服務

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of homebound itinerant teachers providing special education services in junior high schools, and to explore the differences in work difficulties and challenges for teachers with different personal backgrounds. In this study, 63 homebound itinerant teachers in junior high schools from Taiwan were selected as the research participants. The research adopted questionnaire survey techniques. Among the total 63 questionnaires, 56 copies were valid. The collected data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, independent sample t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The study results are as followed: 1.The frequency of homebound itinerant teachers which implement courses on the content in the current situation is between always and often. 2.The frequency of homebound itinerant teachers’ parent-teacher cooperation in the current situation is between always and often. 3.The performance of homebound itinerant teachers on difficulties and challenges is between agreement and disagreement. The performance of "transportation" is the highest among all the items of the survey, and "teaching arrangement", " homebound itinerant related system", "student's family", "teacher’s professional ability" and "related" support services" are as following items. 4.Between different teaching years, homebound itinerant teachers have no significant difference in teachers' professional competence, related support services and teaching arrangements on the implementaion of difficulties and challenges. 5.Between different special education backgrounds, homebound itinerant teachers have significant differences in teachers' professional competence, related support services and teaching arrangements on the implementaion of difficulties and challenges. Based on the results of the research, it can be provided as a reference for homebound itinerant teachers in junior high schools, junior high schools, educational administrations and follow-up researches.
