本旨在探討幸福企業之關聯,本研究期望更深入分析企業經營者認為塑造幸福企業的關鍵因素如福利方面趨於多元化,近年來員工希望的福利是身心靈以及財務雙方的平衡,工作與生活的平衡能夠滿足員工不斷增長的幸福需要的元素。 本研究藉由文獻探討歸納出幸福企業的建構要素,發放國內5位事業創辦人及5位高階主管依據實際經驗進行填寫問卷,來歸納分析結果;採用DANP法找出影響幸福企業的主要關鍵因素。 本研究發現台灣的企業對於所謂的幸福企業的意涵並不是只滿足員工需求與福利為出發點,從DANP與DEMATEL研究結果,第一的「工作適配性」、排序第二的「心理健康」、排序第三的「與公司願景一致」前三名的綜合性有個人與工作兩者之間互相契合、每月安排護理師諮詢員工身心靈健康、公司發展朝著經營者理念前行,員工們一起努力朝目標前進並共同創造幸福企業共享未來。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between happy enterprises. This research hopes to further analyze the key factors that business operators believe to shape happy enterprises, such as the diversification of welfare. In recent years, the welfare that employees hope for is a balance between body, mind and finance, work and life. A balance of elements that meet the employee's growing well-being needs. Through literature research and interviews with 5 domestic business founders and 5 senior executives to fill out questionnaires based on actual experience, the image and substantive connotation of Taiwan's happy enterprises are summarized. What is the biggest factor that affects our happiness? But I want to try to find out the actual data from a large number of successful experiences or happy enterprises to explore the key factors of happy enterprises. This study found that the meaning of Taiwanese companies for the so-called happy companies is not just to meet the needs and welfare of employees. From the results of DANP and DEMATEL research, the first is "job suitability", and the second is "mental health". 、The third ranking is "consistent with the company's vision". The top three are comprehensive. There is a mutual fit between personal and work. A nurse is arranged monthly to consult the physical and mental health of employees. The company's development is moving towards the concept of the operator. , the employees work together to move towards the goal and jointly create a happy enterprise and share the future.
