室內輕裝修低預算改造之選擇-以集合住宅的居住者為例

摘要


住宅的生活環境從物質需求獲得滿足後,逐步延伸到生理與心理層面的舒適性期待,而政府單位也基於國民在居住權利的保障,試圖於每年不斷提升整體的居住條件和品質,唯臺灣的住宅價格始終居高不下,致使眾多國民正面臨著買不起、租不好、住不適的情況,如何讓住居者在空間中享有舒適合宜的生活體驗,已然成為設計產業界與學術界所共同關注的課題;雖然國民皆有居住於舒適住宅的權利,但在生活支出與經濟狀況的考量下,委託或自尋專業從業人員來進行規劃和局部改造,卻彷彿成為遙不可期的夢想,當然這也造成一定程度的壓力和負擔。 承上所述,若能以輕裝修低預算的方式來對室內空間進行改造,勢必能為住宅使用帶來更美好的生活感受,進而提升國人整體的精神層次與環境品質;有鑒於此,本研究擬透過住宅類型中最多見的集合住宅為對象,並針對空間使用者於色調、色溫與裝飾等輕裝修低預算改造的認知趨向進行比對和分析,最後從107件案例中梳理出住宅改造的經費設定,剖析色調、色溫與裝飾搭配的認知趨向,進而理解空間使用的重要性,藉以豐碩相關研究領域之積累。 最後的研究結果顯示:色調搭配的認知趨向以公共空間為「無彩配色+暖系配色」、私密空間為「暖系配色+無彩配色」>「無彩配色+暖系配色」、衛生空間為「無彩配色+無彩配色」>「無彩配色+寒系配色」、服務空間為「無彩配色+無彩配色」等最常選用;色溫搭配的認知趨向以公共空間和私密空間為「白日光4000K+暖光3000K」、衛生空間為「白日光4000K+白日光4000K」、服務空間為「冷光6000K+冷光6000K」等較有共識;裝飾搭配的認知趨向以公共空間為「生活傢俱+燈具飾物」、私密空間為「休眠寢具+喜好物品」、衛生空間和服務空間皆為「生活傢俱+綠化植栽」等最顯愛用,這也實際的反應出受調查者們對色調、色溫與裝飾等搭配選用的偏好趨向。 在重要性認知方面主要以「公共空間>私密空間>衛生空間>服務空間」為排序,其公共空間以「客廳空間>餐廳空間>玄關空間>起居室空間」、私密空間以「主臥室空間>臥室空間>書房空間>多功能室空間」、衛生空間以「衛浴空間>廁所空間>廁所空間+浴室空間」、服務空間以「廚房空間>陽台空間>洗衣間空間>儲藏室空間」等細項排序最具有共識,顯見受調查者們於各相關構面中對機能空間的重視程度和差異。 對於改造建議方面,輕裝修低預算的定義多是盡量不更動平面格局,簡單調整空間色調、燈具形式和色溫,並善用軟裝的佈置來妝點,最基礎的是盡可能修整屋況不佳之處為原則,若就研究分析的結果即可提出「重點式牆面更換色調、開窗部更換簾幕裝飾、妝點地毯和抱枕織品、置換個性化生活傢俱、掛置畫作壁飾或照片、酌變色溫和情境燈具、善用鏡面提升優質感、增添植栽創造綠環境、擺設個人的喜好物品、定期簡易的空間改造」等十點輕裝修低預算改造的淺見,藉以提供相關住宅改造需求者一個有效而明確的根據,亦可作為相關從業人員於室內裝修設計之參考。

After the material needs are fulfilled, the living environment of housing gradually extends to the comfort expectations on the physical and psychological levels. Based on the protection of citizens’ right to housing, government agencies also try to continuously improve the overall living conditions and quality every year. However, housing prices in Taiwan have remained high, and many citizens face the situation that rather than being able to buy a house, they could only rent poor houses and live uncomfortably. How to make residents enjoy a comfortable and appropriate life experience in a space has become a common concern of the design industry and academia. Although citizens have the right to live in comfortable houses, considering the living expenses and economic conditions, entrusting or finding professional practitioners to carry out planning and partial renovations seems to be a distant dream. Of course, this also creates a certain amount of stress and burden. Therefore, if the interior space can be renovated with a soft trim design and low budget, it certainly will bring a better life experience to the residential use, thereby improving the overall spiritual level and environmental quality of the people. In view of this, this research took the congregate housing which is the most common residential type as the research object and conducted a comparison and analysis on the cognitive trends of space users in the soft trim design and low-budget renovation, such as color tone, color temperature, and decoration. Finally, based on 107 cases, this study sorted out the expenditure setting for residential renovation and analyzed the cognitive trend of color tone, color temperature, and decoration matching in order to understand the importance of space use to further enrich the accumulation of related research fields. The research results illustrate that: In terms of the cognitive trend of color matching, the public space is “achromatic color matching + warm color matching”, and the private space is “warm color matching + achromatic color matching” > “achromatic color matching + warm color matching”, the washroom space is “achromatic color matching + achromatic color matching” > “achromatic color matching + cold color matching”, and the service space is “achromatic color matching + achromatic color matching”, which are the most frequently used. In terms of the cognitive trend of color temperature matching, public space and private space are “white light 4000K + warm light 3000K”, the washroom space is “white light 4000K + white light 4000K”, and the service space is “cold light 6000K + cold light 6000K”, which show high consensus. In terms of the cognitive trend of decoration matching, the public space is “living furniture + lamp accessories”, the private space is “sleeping bedding + favorite items”, and the washroom space and service space are “living furniture + green plants”, which are the most favored. These findings actually reflect the respondents’ preference for matching and selection with regard to color tone, color temperature, and decoration. In terms of importance cognition, the order is public space > private space > washroom space > service space. Among the above four spaces, the following order of details receive a high consensus: the public space is living room space > dining room space > entryway space > living room space, the private space is master bedroom space > bedroom space > study space > multi-functional room space, and the washroom space is bathroom space > toilet space > toilet space + bathroom space, and the service space is kitchen space > balcony space > laundry room space > storeroom space. These results illustrate the respondents’ degree of importance with regard to the functional spaces in various dimensions and their differences. In terms of renovation suggestions, the definition of soft trim design and low budget is to change the floor plan as little as possible, make minor adjustments for the space tone, lamp form, and color temperature, and make good use of soft trim design when decorating. The most basic is the principle of repairing places in the house which are in poor condition as much as possible. According to the results and analyses, this research proposed the following ten suggestions for soft trim design and low-budget renovation, including change the color tone of the key walls; changing the curtain decoration of windows; using decorative carpets and cushion fabrics; putting in personalized living furniture; hanging paintings and wall decorations or photos; changing the color temperature and ambient lamps when appropriate; using mirrors well to enhance the sense of quality; adding plants to create a green environment; furnishing and decorating with personal favorite items; and regularly carrying out simple space renovation. The above suggestions are proposed to provide an effective and clear basis for people with residential renovation needs. In addition, they can also be used as a reference for relevant practitioners of interior decoration designs.
