以系統性創新方法提升不鏽鋼研磨棒精密度—以W公司為例

摘要


W 公司創立於1966 年,以資本額三千萬台幣,生產電線電纜起步,目前W 公 司產業主要為生產電線電纜及特殊鋼,其冷精棒生產部門主要生產以盤元或熱軋 酸洗棒投料,再經由冷抽加工製程或削皮製程產出冷精棒,形狀包含圓棒及各式 異形棒,本研究係針對W 公司的不鏽鋼研磨棒精密度提升進行探討。 本文先從現況研磨棒遇到的困難點進行說明,後續介紹廠內與研磨品質相關 重要物料,例如研磨液、砂輪等及簡述系統性創新方法。本研究以六標準差品質 改善步驟進行不鏽鋼研磨棒品質改善,先找出問題點,再以系統性創新手法進行 問題分析及改善,最後進行品質改善成果驗證。 W 公司的研磨棒需求的客戶用途多數為自動車床的產業,因此類型產業近年 受設備廠商的研發能力提升,逐漸由既往的走刀式車床汰換為走心式車床,以提 高產品品質、降低生產技術能力、降低人力需求,進而反應到對入料棒材的尺 寸、直度、真圓度、尺寸一致性、表面粗糙度、表面色澤等需求持續提高。 研磨棒主要用途為︰3C 產品、電子、儀器、汽車、鐘錶零件、各種機械之精 密耐磨、耐衝擊零件。

W Company was founded in 1966 with a capital of 30 million NTD, and started producing wires and cables. At present, W Company mainly produces wires and cables and special steel. Feeding, and then through the cold drawing process or peeling process to produce cold refined bars, the shapes include round bars and various special-shaped bars. This research is to discuss the improvement of the precision of W company's stainless steel grinding bars. This article first explains the difficulties encountered by the current grinding bar, and then introduces the important materials related to grinding quality in the factory, such as grinding fluid, grinding wheel, etc., and briefly describes the systematic innovation method. In this study, the quality of stainless steel grinding bars was improved by six standard deviation quality improvement steps. The problem points were first identified, and then the problems were analyzed and improved by systematic innovative methods, and finally the quality improvement results were verified. W Company's grinding bars are mostly used by customers in the automatic lathe industry. Therefore, the type industry has been gradually replaced by the previous tool-type lathes to the center-type lathes due to the improvement of the R&D capabilities of equipment manufacturers in recent years, in order to improve product quality and reduce costs. Production technical capabilities, reducing manpower requirements, and then reflecting the continuous increase in the demand for the size, straightness, roundness, dimensional consistency, surface roughness, and surface color of the incoming bar. The main uses of grinding bars are: 3C products, electronics, instruments, automobiles, clock parts, precision wear-resistant and impact-resistant parts of various machinery.
