物聯網智慧水耕系統之設計應用

摘要


水耕種植系統之設計實現,此種栽植方式是一種產能高、空間效率利用高的新型植物無土培養生產技術。在物聯網和科技進步時代,智慧農業水耕種植採用現代傳感器檢測技術、網路通訊技術、大數據資料處理與分析等,使得植物種植環境達到自動化監控控制以及植物生長預測的目的。水耕植種可以採用多層式面積架構栽培種植,利用LED補光,控制不同植物不同時段所需要的光照強度以規畫合理的補光效果。水耕植物可在優化的室內環境溫度、水溫溫度、空氣濕度、栽培區域的光照强度以及植物生長所需營養劑的含氧量、水質的酸鹼性和濃度等參數監控下,可改善水耕植物生長周期與良率。本系統通過目前傳感器監控技術各項環境参数,並結合物聯網網路運用收集到的環境參數傳送到遠端伺服器上,可以完成生長數據庫的建置與分析。在本系統的實現上,可透過現有參數收集達到動態運作狀況,將參數歸納整理出最好條件,經多次實驗能有效地找出最佳狀態參數環境條件。

In this paper, we present a multi-sensor based hydroponic system, which is a new type of soilless plant production technology with high productivity and space utilization. In the era of Internet of Things and technological progress, smart agricultural planting adopts current detection technology, network communication technology, and big data processing and analysis technology. The purpose of planting environment control is to predict and forecast the good yield and quality of plant. The proposed system realization aims to automated planting by using monitoring methods, such as to use different modes to control planting LED light. The light intensity of different water places is for normal hydroponic plants which can be used in an indoor controlled environment and water temperature by air conditioning, nutrient solution required for growth, acidity and concentration of water, etc., Various sensing parameters, combined with the environmental parameters used in the Internet of Things, are transmitted and monitored on the remote server in order to analyze the current growth status. In this implementation, the monitoring and optimizing states can be achieved through the existing parameters, which will be collected and analyzed. The optimal conditions are sorted out, and the best state of the parameter environmental conditions can be effectively created after many experiments.
