摘要


卷對卷製程的材料在鍍銅時會因為經過水平轉垂直再經過強力的沖刷洗靜後,而導致材料不平整。如何使避免收料產生荷葉邊、扭曲以及如何使材料導正等設計,攸關是否能保持材料平整度及下料捲收整齊的穩定度。 本文設計出一種新的機構來克服卷對卷製程中經過水洗、鍍銅製程中捲收下料時,避免絧箔材料產生變形與褶皺的產生。其機構主要是由伺服馬達、糾邊器電眼、導螺桿、張力檢知器所組成。機構設計主要是控制材料在下料後予以垂直轉水平,擷取糾邊器電眼所量測的數據來分辨銅箔材料的邊的距離,驅動伺服馬達輸出使機構四邊水平微調以維持銅箔材料的平行度。經與過去僅有張力控制及配重為主之實作範例比較,新的機構設計能改善銅箔材料在鍍銅製程中,下料捲收時能減少變形與褶皺的產生並提高捲收精度正負0.5mm。此測試配合運泰電機的對邊控制器,一定範圍內的導輪間距以及穩定的張力控制,最後料卷藉由量具測得其精度達到理想範圍。 關鍵詞:撓性印刷電路板、導正座、鍍銅製程、卷對卷製程、張力控制。

While plating copper, in the process of roll to roll, the material goes through the changing direction from horizontal to vertical as well as strong scour washing will become uneven. How to avoid from flounce, distortion, and to keep aligned, are the key design factors to maintain the flatness of material and the stability of furl uniformity. In this study, a new mechanism is developed to prevent from the deformation and distortion of the copper material during the roll-to-roll process while carrying on cleaning and plating copper. The proposed mechanism is primarily consisted of servo motor, electric eye corrector, lead screw and load cell. Such a mechanism is able to transfer the direction from vertical to horizontal. In the meantime, the distance to the edge is measured by electric eye corrector. The horizontal flatness of copper roll is maintained by means of the fine tune on the mechanism by using servo motor. Compared to the previous design of using tension control only, the proposed mechanism can reduce deformation and distortion and improve the tolerance of ±0.5mm. This test with the Thai side of the motor controller, a certain range of guide wheel spacing and stable tension control, the final volume measured by the measurement of its accuracy to achieve the desired range.
