區域電力系統暫態穩定度分析用之區域外模型簡化方法研究

摘要


本研究發展區域電網以外之發、輸電系統的簡化方法,包括:電力潮流、短路電流及暫態穩定度分析模型之簡化。其中,由於電力潮流及暫態穩定度模型皆屬非線性模型,遂採用經驗法則執行發、輸電模型之簡化,而短路電流則係以推導區域外的等效系統阻抗方式建立區域外之等效模型。本研究提出這些區域外發、輸電系統電力潮流及暫態穩定度分析模型簡化用的經驗法則,並對於區域短路電流用之區域外分析模型提出簡化模型及參數計算公式。

In this study, we develop regional power system simulation model with external generation and transmission systems simulated by reduced models. The simulated conclude the power flow, the short circuit and the transient stability of any pre-specified regional power system. As both power flow and transient stability simulation models have nonlinear characteristics, their model reduction based on heuristic rules are proposed and the system impedance modeling approach is adopted to reduce the external system models. These heuristic rules for the power flow and transient stability simulations, as well as the system impedance modelling and model parameter calculation formulas are both presented to formulate the reduced model for the external systems.
