近年在全球各地皆有利用貨櫃作為建築結構的許多案例,其中又不乏許多將貨櫃運用在商業餐飲空間的案例,貨櫃具有高移動性、二次利用、施工快速、取得方便等等優點,因此以某些商業空間來說具有節省成本的優勢,貨櫃大小因為規格尺寸有固定樣式,所以在設計階段就能夠產生出很多不同的排列組合方式,因為組構方式的不同,也連帶影響了室內空間的配置。因此,本研究開始進行資料蒐集並到訪相關的案例實察,在分析的過程中發現貨櫃的排列具有影響室內空間的規則,本研究運用量化程式(JAVA程式)的設計以及圖形量化分析工具(Space Syntax),透過控制數值的方式,以模擬假設的方法,將可能的排列組合圖面運算出來,再將結果進行分類,發現能夠分出五個大方向的規則,而後對於五大分類利用圖形量化分析工具進行室內動線及桌椅配置的分析,討論出貨櫃應用於餐飲空間若是不同的排列之下會有什麼優缺點,在實際應用上,能夠提供需要利用貨櫃作為商業餐飲空間的設計者或業主富有建設性的參考依據。
Shipper containers have been commonly used as building components all over the world in recent years, many of which are used as commercial dining area. With advantages such as high mobility, reuse, fast construction and easy access, shipping containers have the advantage of cost reduction when used as commercial space. Found in many cases, shipping containers are standardized because of the specification. Therefore, many different arrangements of shipping containers can be made during design process and thus affect the layout of interior design. This research collected data and conducted field research regarding the application of shipping containers in dining space. We found that the arrangement of shipping containers has influence on the interior space planning. Java programing and space syntax were used in this research. By controlling values and using simulating and hypothesis methods, we were able to calculate the possible arrangement drawings and put them into categories. There are total of five main categories. We then further analyzed table seating arrangement and indoor traffic flow by using space syntax, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of application of shipping containers in dining space with different arrangements. This study could be used as a reliable reference by the designers or owners using shipping containers to create commercial dining space.
