孔洞性鐵與鋁金屬有機骨架之合成與 性質研究

Synthesis and Properties of Porous Iron and Aluminum Metal-Organic Frameworks

摘要


在本論文研究第一部分,是進行快速室溫合成鐵的金屬有機骨架(Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)化合物,此新開發的方法可獲得已知的Fe-MOFs分 別 為MIL-88A(Fe) 、MIL-88B(Fe) 、MIL-88C(Fe) 以及MIL-88B(Fe)-NH2,其化學式分別為: [Fe(OH)(FUM)]…………(1) [Fe(OH)(BDC)]…………(2) [Fe(OH)(NDC)]…………(3) [Fe(OH)(BDC-NH2)]……(4) 在性質測量上,以粉末 X-ray繞射(PXRD)鑑定其結構及產物的純度;利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察形貌及其粒徑大小;熱重分析(TGA)探討化合物的熱穩定性;再藉由孔徑分析儀測量其氣體的吸脫附性質。 在本論文研究第二部分,為進一步研究上面(1)~(4)Fe-MOFs測試在合成 時溶劑與溫度變化的影響。此系列的鑑定,也以粉末 X-ray繞射來鑑定其結構,並利用SEM觀察材料尺寸形狀和粒徑大小。 在本論文研究第三部分,則是將第一部份的(2),在惰性氣體(N2)的環境下高溫鍛燒 700 度 ~ 1000 度使其形成具有磁性的奈米孔洞碳材,並利用PXRD 初步鑑定化合物的結構,以及孔徑分析儀測量其氣體的吸脫附性質。 本 論 文 研 究 的 最 後 一 部 分 則 是 以 一 般 加 熱 合 成 法 將 配 位 基4-[[(4-carboxyphenyl)imino]methyl]benzoic acid (H2CAB),與三價金屬鋁利用不同的金屬對配位基莫耳比(M/L)合成出與 CYCU-3等結構(Iso-structure)的中孔 Al-MOFs,其化學式為: [Al(OH)(CAB)]…………(5) 此性質鑑定上,以粉末 X-ray 繞射(PXRD)鑑定其 MOF 結構及驗證產物的純度,藉由孔徑分析儀測量與分析其比表面積與孔徑分佈大小,並比對不同 M/L所造成的相對結果。

In this study, we successfully synthesized a series of nanoporous metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) of iron(III) fumarate MIL-88A, iron(III) terephthalate MIL-88B, iron(III) 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate MIL-88C and amino-functionalized MIL-88B (labeled as MIL-88B-NH2) within 5 min only and at room temperature. These four MOFs are represented as given chemical formula in the following: [Fe(OH)(FUM)]…………(1) [Fe(OH)(BDC)]…………(2) [Fe(OH)(NDC)]…………(3) [Fe(OH)(BDC-NH2)]……(4) These MOFs have been characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and gas adsorption measurements. In the second part, particular attention was paid to the influence of the temperature and solvent on the crystal size distribution for the above MOFs. These results have been characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) In the third part, we used the MOF 2 to do directly carbonation in a furnace under the N2 inert gas at 700 oC ~ 1000 oC. After the carbonation, the obtained samples were structurally characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and gas adsorption measurements. In the last part, a mesoporous MOF was synthesized with 4-[[(4-carboxyphenyl)imino]methyl]benzoic acid (H2CAB) and aluminum(III) were synthesized by heating in different metal to ligand (M/L) molarity ratio. The MOF have been characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and gas adsorption measurements. The characterited results were examined corresponding to the different M/L ratio. The MOF iso-structure to CYCU-3 is represented as given chemical formula in the following: [Al(OH)(CAB)]…………(5)
