透過完整的壽命試驗,可以取得產品的可靠度指標,但是完整的試驗通常需要冗長的測試時間,要耗費較多的時間、人力、成本。經由加速壽命測試,將可以縮短試驗時間,及早預知產品品質,提前改善提升產品可靠度。本研究將針對偏光片作為研究產品,首先以提高應力(溫度)執行加速壽命測試,並運用統計方法分析失效分佈,假設失效分佈符合韋伯或指數分佈,計算出特徵壽命及形狀參數,再運用KS檢定驗證適合度。後續應用Arrhenius模式推估時間與溫度應力,計算出不同溫度下的加速因子。在本研究中利用不同的應力(溫度),可以建立出不同溫度環境下的加速因子,後續可運用於厚度、感壓膠性質相同的偏光片,可以做為實驗參考數據,降低試驗時間。
Product’s reliability index can be obtained through a complete life test, however, the test is time consuming, requires numerous labor and capital.Through accelerating life tests, one can shorten the testing time, predict the product’s quality in time and make amendment ahead of schedule to product’s reliability. This study investigated polarizer and stress(temperature) would be raised first to accelerate the life test.Statistical method would then be applied to analyze the probability distribution of the failure rate. This study then made the failure distribution fit either Weibull or exponential distribution and calculated the characteristic life and shape parameter. Lastly, K-S method was used to examine and verify the product’s compatibility. Arrhenius mode then was put in use to infer the stress of time and temperature, and to further calculate the acceleration factors under different temperature. In this study, different stresses(temperatures) were used to establish various acceleration factors. It can later be used on polarizers with the same thickness and pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) as research reference data to reduce testing time.
