運用價值溪流圖提升全實驗室自動化系統效率之研究

摘要


全實驗室自動化系統是目前的潮流趨勢,不但可增進效能、降低成本、還可確保檢驗項目的品質,但是當實驗室面臨大量檢測檢體時,常使得自動化系統進行檢測時,造成囤積的情況發生,本研究結合價值溪流圖、拉式生產系統及並列排程模式,來改善全實驗室自動化系統的週期時間,經由實際個案的驗證,確實可改善其週期時間,由原先的2,987 s降至1,992 s,節省了50%的時間,而檢測檢體的等待時間,也由原先的1,474 s 降至680 s,也有216%的改善。

Total laboratory automation (TLA) proposes to improve the quality and efficiency of laboratory operations, and may provide a solution to the quality demands and staff shortages faced by today’s laboratories, systems occasionally become congested, particularly when laboratories face peak demand. This study integrates the value stream mapping, pull mechanism and parallel scheduling mode to improve the cycle time. An example of TLA of medical center to verify and validate this study, the cycle time can be improved from 2,987 s to 1,992 s, which is a 50% saving, the waiting time can be reduced from 1,474 s to 680 s, which corresponds to a total improvement of 216%.
