台灣地小人稠,具有機動性的機車就成了民眾普遍使用的交通工具。但大量 的機車,也相對帶來空氣污染,此時,低污染、機動性高、環保的電動機車就成 為台灣推動綠色交通的重要項目。隨著電動機車產業技術的發展,分別發展出換 電式電動機車、充電式電動機車兩種不同的能源補充模式,但相同的是在車輛性 能及電池續航力表現上,都相對提高。完善的基礎設施是成功推動電動機車的必 要條件,充電站的設置位置,影響使用者的使用意願及充電站的使用效能,本研 究利用訪談法,研究使用者對充電式電動機車的充電站設置地點建議,並提升充 電站的附加價值,提高使用者使用意願。 本研究發現,受訪者認為桃園市對於電動機車政策屬非常支持,且電動機車 政策影響充電站之設立,充電站距離超過10 公里以上將降低使用意願,並偏好 充電站地點以便利性為主,在充電過程中能同時進行其他消費或休閒活動,不需 浪費充電等待時間,也不需要再特別花費時間找尋充電站;對於提高充電站的附 加價值將提高使用者使用充電站的意願;充電站設置應考量均衡性,以提高充電 站的使用效益。
Taiwan is a small island with dense population , and high mobility motorcycle become a popular transportation for the people. However, a large number of locomotives also bring relative air pollution. At this time, low-pollution, high-mobility, and environmentally electric scooter have become an important project for promoting green transportation in Taiwan. With the development of electric scooter industry technology, two different energy supplement modes of electric-electric scooter and rechargeable electric locomotives have been developed, but the same is the relative improvement in vehicle performance and battery life performance. Perfect infrastructure is a necessary condition for the successful promotion of electric scooter. The location of the charging station affects the user's willingness to use and charging station efficiency. This study uses interviews to study the user's setting of charging stations for rechargeable electric locomotives. Proposed location, and increase the added value of the charging station, increase the user's willingness to use. This study found that interviewees believe that Taoyuan City is very supportive of the electric scooter policy, and the electric scooter policy affects the establishment of charging stations. If the charging station is more than 10 kilometers away, it will reduce the willingness to use and prefer the location of the charging station to convenience. , During the charging process, other consumption or leisure activities can be carried out at the same time, without wasting waiting time for charging, and there is no need to spend extra time to find a charging station; at the same time, increasing the added value of the charging station will increase the user's willingness to use the charging station; charging The station setting should consider the balance to improve the efficiency of the charging station.,c
