摘要 本文以精實六個標準差(Lean Six Sigma)手法為主軸,利用科學方法的應用、資訊的取得與統計數據的呈現進行單片式玻璃觸控面板OGS(One Glass Solution)良率改善的研究。 本研究的目的以單片式玻璃觸控面板製程為背景,在各製程中找出影響良率最大之製程別為改善對象,在降低成本的主要考量下,其中進行產品良率的提升,可直接地降低生產成本與後續衍生出的退貨、客訴問題。 定義階段,針對單片式玻璃觸控面板製程defect ratio進行柏拉圖分析,並選定功能性測試工作站點做為關鍵品質要素(Critical To Quality,CTQ)。 量測階段,評估量測系統利用Kappa分析所得的結果指出量測系統是良好的。使用柏拉圖找出前三大品質異常項目為主要改善方向。 分析階段,利用製程SIPOC Chart,分出3個主要製程站點,並使用特性要因圖加以細分,列出待改善因數進行實驗設計規劃。 改善階段,由特性要因圖排除可能因數後,利用各因數的機台極限對應產品特性限制,設計實驗測試條件,經多項實驗驗證,影響產品良率的因數皆被找出,亦經過修正後驗證品質為良好的,接下來將進行中/大批量的驗證,以確保對策是否有效。 控制階段,針對製程條件主要影響因數,找出最佳製程參數,最終經由中/大批量的驗證,並應用管制圖來控制重要因數使製程良率得到穩定的效果。 本研究結果證實藉由精實六個標準差的五個階段的實施能使製程平均良率由75.41%升高至96.61%,證明良率有明顯提升改善,其優點在於有明確的方法與架構,使得改善方案容易實踐。並結合統計工具,快速分析,得以在最短時間內確認針對改善方案之對策是否有成效。
Abstract This study is based on Lean six sigma with science applied, information getting and statistic to improve the yield ratio of OGS. (One Glass Solution) The purpose of this study is for the process of OGS to find the heaviest factor affecting the yield ratio to improve it. Considering cost down the improving yield ratio could decrease the cost of production, the goods rejected and customer complaint. Definition: using Pareto Chart to analyze the defect ratio of OGS and choosing function test to be CTQ. Measure: using Kappa analysis to evaluate the measure method and using Pareto chart to find the top 3 defects for the improving direction. Analysis: using SIPOC chart to find the most three important process stations and using Cause & Effect diagram to find the factor to plan DOE. Improvement: eliminating part of factors by Cause & Effect diagram and using the limit of factor in machines corresponding to the limit of the characteristic of product to plan DOE. After test, the affecting factors were found in small lots test, then going to mid/large lots test ensure the actions is effective. Control: applying the SPC chart to control the key factors to keep the yield ratio stable. This study verify to following the five steps of Lean Six sigma that can improve the yield ration from 75.41% to 96.61%, it prove the yield ratio was improved obviously, the advantage is that there are the specific method & structure to easily implement improving action and connecting statistic tool for quick analysis, that can be confirmed if the action is work or not in short time.
