具知識管理之模具設計資料庫暨工程圖/公差分析

摘要


近年來以知識經濟為主體的產業不斷興起,知識經濟來臨的時代,企業體系中最具價值的是知識,因此保持競爭優勢首要條件就是確保本身的學習速度比競爭者快,所擁有的技術比競爭者多,而知識管理系統就是解決此問題的方法之一。 本研究以在CAD軟體內嵌的瀏覽器下開發出來的模具設計引導系統為核心,建立一套客製化的專案流程管理系統,將設計模具過程儲存於關聯式資料庫中,並且在設計引導系統導入知識庫的功能,利用設計流程與技術資料庫的互動,使資料庫隨著設計專案的進行而有所成長,進而成為企業的寶貴資產。此外,將知識庫應用於工程圖設計與公差分析。在工程圖中,從知識庫中搜尋零件重要尺寸,快速進行尺寸標註,以輪廓標註為例,將可比傳統標註減少50%的滑鼠點擊次數;而在公差分析中,則是增加了組裝公差模擬,讓設計者可以預測加工結果,減少不良品的製造,並將分析結果回給資料庫供類似的設計參考。

In recent years, the industries with knowledge management prosper constantly. In a new era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge becomes the most valuable asset in the industry. So, the most important approach of keeping the competitive advantage is to learn faster, and to hold more techniques than other competitors. The knowledge management system is one of the solutions in this discussion. This research uses mold-design navigating system that developed by using CAD tool browser as the core, building up a customizable project management system and record mold design process in relational database. Besides, it combines mold-design navigating system with knowledge database. The database will grow while design project is operating. In addition, it applies the knowledge database to mold drawing design and tolerance analysis. In the mold drawing design, engineers search the important dimensions of the parts from the knowledge database, and mark the dimensions easily. Take the outline dimension as example, this system saves about 50% of the entire time of clicking buttons. In the tolerance analysis, this system develops a process for assembly tolerance simulation which enables the engineer to predict the result of manufacturing, and to reduce bad products. Then, the system incorporates analyzed results to the database for similar designs.
