摘要 隨著時代的演進,人類在交易模式上也持續的進步,近代行動通訊等資訊科技的進展及普及使得現在社會上的每個人幾乎人手一支智慧型手機,透過手機,可以完成生活中大大小小的事,使人們可以實現只帶著一支手機也能出門,而行動支付也是在這世代中所產生的新交易模式,真正實現了行動裝置的全方位發展。 本研究在探討在台灣現行支付環境下,影響消費者從現金、塑膠票卡之支付模式改變成使用行動支付來交易的因素探討。 本研究運用模糊層級分析法來實施研究,透過行動支付相關文獻探討及回顧彙整出影響行動之在台灣使用普及性之因素,將各同類別因素分類以建立構面及評估準則,並製作成問卷,發放至相關領域之專家填寫,再運用模糊層級分析法分析出各項因素之權重及排名,以找出關鍵因素。 研究結果顯示:「社會環境因素」與「商家參與程度」這兩大構面合計權重值達47.7%,已將近五成,表示在現實的社會環境及商家涉入的程度對行動支付的發展上產生了不小的阻力,政府相關部會及各行動支付相關產業,應參酌這兩項要素,策定相應的對策,以提升行動支付之使用率。 本研究結論為行動支付之推展有賴政府、支付平台商、商家及消費者之相互配合才可實現行動支付在台灣普及化之願景,本研究所探究出影響行動支付之各相關因素皆是以上述層面進行探討,其各角色之間之關係都是相輔相成,互相關聯的,任何一個角色缺一不可,期望本研究所探究出之重要因素能作為日後行動支付推展之參考。
Abstract With the evolution of the times, human beings have continued to make progress in trading patterns. The progress and popularization of information technology such as modern mobile communications have made it possible for everyone in society to have one smart mobile phone. Through mobile phones, it can help us to complete everything we have to do in our lives. Enable people to go out with a phone, the mobile payment is also a new trading model generated in this generation, is realizing the all-round development of mobile devices. This study explores the factors that influence consumers' changes from the payment model of cash and plastic ticket cards to the use of mobile payments in Taiwan's current payment environment. This study uses the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to conduct research, and through the related literature of mobile payment to explore and review the factors that influence the use of universality in Taiwan, and making a questionnaire to classify the same categories of factors to establish Dimension and evaluation criteria. Issued to experts in related fields to fill out, and then use the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the weights and rankings of various factors to identify key factors. The results of the study show that the total weight of the two major aspects of "Social Environmental Factors" and "Business Participation" is 47.7%, which is nearly 50%, indicating the development of mobile payment in the actual social environment and the degree of involvement of merchants. There has been a lot of resistance. The relevant government departments and related mobile payment industries should consider these two factors and decide corresponding countermeasures to improve the usage rate of mobile payment. The conclusions about this study are the promotion of mobile payment depends on the cooperation between the government, payment platform provider, merchants, and consumers to realize the vision of universalization of mobile payment in Taiwan. The relevant factors influencing the mobile payment in this research are At the above level, the relationship between the roles is complementary and interrelated, and any role is indispensable. It will be hoped that the important factors explored in this study can be used as a reference for future action payment.
