Abstract The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationships among parenting style, attachment style and early maladaptive schemas of students in reform school agency of corrections. The methodology was questionnaire survey. The subjects were 218 students. Instruments were the Parenting Style Scale, Inventory of Parents attachment Scale and the YSQ-S3. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation, multiple regression and Stepwise regression. The major findings were as follows:1. Some correlations among parenting style, attachment and early maladaptive schema were significant. 2. The attachment style and attachment significantly predicted early maladaptive schema.
