教師價值觀、復原力與教學效能關係之研究-以桃園市生命教育課程為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市高級中學教師價值觀、復原力與教學效能之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、結構方程模式適配情形,以瞭解教師價值觀、復原力與教學效能三者之間的因果關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以108學年度桃園市14所公立高中,共96位現職合格教師作為本研究母群體,分層隨機抽取教師填答,並回收保留67位教師之問卷填答結果作為研究樣本,以「桃園市價值觀、復原力問卷以及教學效能問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、結構方程模式法等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市高級中學教師價值觀、復原力與教學效能之現況良好。 二、在教師不同背景變項中,擔任教師總年資不同者,以及在該校服務年資不同者,校內教師價值觀及價值觀的情形有 所差異。 三、在教師背景變項中,男女性教師、擔任教師兼主任、教師兼組長、級任教師、科任教師及專任輔導之教師之價值 觀、復原力與教學效能情形較佳。 四、復原力與教學效能呈現高度正相關;價值觀與復原力呈現高度正相關;復原力與教學效能呈現中高度正相關。 五、復原力是教師價值觀與教學效能之間的中介變項,代表在復原力的中介效果下,可提升教師價值觀對教學效能的影 響力。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、高級中學校長與教師,以及後續研究者參考。

This research aims to explore the current status of teachers’ values, resilience and teaching effectiveness in Taoyuan’s senior middle schools, Correlations, and structural equation model adaptation of different background variables to understand the three values of teachers, Resilience and teaching effectiveness. The method of this study is questionnaire survey. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 96 samples that are from 14 schools in 2019. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way anova, pearson correlation, and sem. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. Teachers’ values, Resilience and teaching effectiveness of teachers in senior middle schools in Taoyuan City are good. 2. The different background variables of teachers , those with different total seniority as teachers and those with different years of service in the school have different values and situations of teachers in the school. 3. Teachers with different background variables of teachers, the values, resilience and teaching effectiveness of male and female teachers, teachers and directors, teachers and team leaders, grade teachers, subject teachers and counseling teachers are better. 4. There are high correlation between two variables of resilience and teaching effect tiveness, values and resilience also high correlation. 5. 'Resilience' is a mediating variable between teacher values and teaching effectiveness, which means that under the intermediary effect of resilience, the influence of teacher values on teaching effectiveness can be enhanced. Finally, based on the above results, This study puts forward relevant suggestions for the reference of educational administrative agencies, senior middle school principals and teachers, and follow-up researchers.
