摘要 本論文的主要目的在於使用PWM技術運用在無線充電器上,使其充電頻率有所變化,試做出一個新形態的無線充電器,對鋰電池以5V/1A的條件進行充電,觀察其變化 。 本論文分三大部份。第一,我們先將PWM寫入Arduino晶片,第二步,利用MOS FET用來執行PWM,接著就可以開始記錄每個頻率下的充電狀況以及所需充電時間。最後一步就是比較以及分析各頻率的差異性,進而探討各個結果適合的時間以及節省的電能。 本論文貢獻如下: 1. 減少對鋰電池充電時所需的電量 透過PWM技術加入無線充電器,配合鋰電池特性,可以有效地減少功率浪費。 2. 電池保護 因為一般充電大多使用5V/1A,此規格對鋰電池來說已經是過度充電,如果在電池高電量時對電池的傷害更大,使用此論文研究的無線充電器可以改善此問題。
Abstract This study proposes a wireless charging circuit that using the Pulse Width Modulation technology writing into Arduino to improve the charging Efficiency by changing the charging voltage. In this study, first, we design a PWM wireless charger. It can adjust charging voltage and current by the power of battery. Second, we measure the waveforms of original wireless charger and PWM wireless charger, and then record the waveforms of input and output and the power consume of charging process of them. Finally, we compare with results of the original and results of the PWM wireless charger. The power consume of charging process of them are considerably different. In this study, the results of research are as follows: 1. Reducing power of charging By using PWM technology, we can reduce the power of wireless charging. 2. Battery protecting If the lithium-ion battery operates safely within the designated operating voltages, it can prolong battery life. When the lithium-ion battery remains 80% energy, the PWM wireless charger will change into slow charging to protect the battery to not getting overcharging.
