金屬沖壓零件供應商評選標準的探討
A Study of the Supplier Selection Criteria for a Metal Stamping Company
摘要
面對全球化競爭，企業為求永續發展，在策略上包括水平整合、垂直整合、多角化等公司層級策略，與差異化與焦點集中等事業層級策略，甚至包括重新定位與轉型等方式，皆須依據市場需求作最適的調整，才可讓企業保持競爭優勢。金屬沖壓零件在L公司的供應鏈中是非常重要的一環，因此本研究的目的在於針對目前L公司的供應商評選標準進行實證探討後，建構更符合需求之金屬沖壓零件供應商評選之標準，以提供予實務界經理人參考以便能選擇出最符合需求之供應商，進而提昇在產業中的競爭力。本研究經由文獻中供應商評選標準的研究與Ｌ公司實際狀況探討，擬以層級分析法(AHP)建構一個適合金屬沖壓零件供應商的評選模式，並以五大構面：「品質」、「成本」、「技術」、「服務」與「交期」等，以及20項評估準則做為評選標準之模型。後續針對Ｌ公司對於供應商選擇有決策能力或影響之主管及資深人員進行問卷發放、回收與資料分析。本研究結果顯示，在L公司現有的供應商評選標準中，可增列其他的評估準則，才能更加縝密地選擇合適的供應商。本研究建構之評選準則，也可提供給其他業者，作為制定或者修改供應商評選標準之參考。

The purpose of this study was to construct a practicable selection criteria for parts suppliers of metal stamping. L company was targeted to examine its current practices of choosing suppliers. Through literature review and investigating the current vendor selection criteria of L company, a supplier evaluation framework was established to offer a more comprehensive perspective to meet the company’s values and strategies. Quality, costs, technology, service and delivery were the five major components of the whole framework, and it was divided into total 20 evaluation criteria. Professional opinions about the framework was collected via questionnaire with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Subjects of answering the survey were the senior staff and managers whose works are relevant to the supplier evaluation. The results showed a more solid framework for the L company and could be implemented to improve their current selection criteria of parts suppliers. Practitioners in similar industries could also consider adopting the results of this study to help developing or modifying their own evaluation criteria.
