射出成型聚丙烯內含彈性體成品機械性質之研究

摘要


市面上各式塑膠產品的大量需求,使得產品的機械強度表現更能突顯其產品價值。單一高分子材料所展現的特性已經無法迎合消費者的需求,近年來彈性體已經成為熱門的複合材料,對於塑膠產品在於機械性質強度提升上有顯著的表現,其材料密度小、熔點低、透明性好、抗應力發白性好與聚丙烯有極佳的相容性、值得我們去深入研究探討其材料特性。 本研究為了探討射出製程中,射出成型參數的變化給與高分子材料聚丙烯與彈性體(VISTAMAXX)複合材料所帶來的變動影響,利用射出速度、保壓壓力、料管溫度等變動、對 PP、 PP+5% 彈性體、PP+10% 彈性體三種複合材料,以成型機射出測試片後探討其機械性質變化,以拉伸試驗機得到材料抗拉強度數據&抗斷裂延伸率,並利用穿透率檢測儀測試其透明度、實驗手法驗證其抗應力發白等。 經實驗後得知當提升射出速度時對於抗拉強度是會上升的,然而當提升保壓壓力時則對於斷裂延伸率是有幫助的,若變動料管溫度參數時隨著料管溫度上升則對於抗拉強度是有提升的,其複合材料對於透明度與抗應力發白的表現是很穩定的。

The large demand for various types of plastic products on the market makes the mechanical strength performance of products more prominent in the value of their products. The characteristics exhibited by a single polymer material can no longer cater to the needs of consumers. In recent years, elastomers have become a popular composite material, and plastic products are characterized by a significant improvement in mechanical strength, with a low material density, a low melting point, and transparency. Good compatibility, good resistance to stress bleed and polypropylene have excellent compatibility, it is worth our in-depth study to explore its material properties. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of variations in injection molding parameters on the variation of polymer composites made of polymer and elastomer (VISTAMAXX) in the injection process, and to use changes in injection speed, pressure holding pressure, and temperature of the feed tube, etc. PP, PP + 5% elastomer, PP + 10% elastomer three kinds of composite materials, injection molding machine to test out the film after the change of its mechanical properties, tensile testing machine to obtain tensile strength data & anti-break elongation, and The transparency tester was used to test the transparency, and the experimental method was used to verify the resistance to whitening. After the experiment, it is known that the tensile strength will increase when the injection speed is raised, but it is helpful for the elongation at break when the holding pressure is increased. If the temperature of the feed tube changes, the temperature of the feed tube increases. The tensile strength is improved, and its composite material is very stable to the transparency and anti-stress whitening performance.
