結構衝擊試驗模擬分析

摘要


電視產品在設計過程中,需針對各國家的安全規範做相關的測試,在測 試未通過時,通常依照設計者的經驗值或設計準則去做設計變更及修改, 但其需要經過反覆的測試與修改才能找到解決的方法。 本文針對電視產品在衝擊測試時發生的結構破裂,以有限元素法做一模 擬分析並使用台灣國家安全規範CNS-14408 內文所規定之測試條件;設定 所需要的衝擊能量高度與試驗球參數,完成對照組模擬分析,將測試未通 過的機台與測試數據做結果比較,求得模擬測試環境參數的參考理論值。 再以此環境參數套入變更後的結構體做實驗組的模擬分析,以求得設計變 更後的結構強度是否符合測試規範需求。 由結果得知,有限元素分析可有效模擬結構破壞行為,其設計變更後的 強度可以符合安全規範測試,測試結果與安全規範檢測中心所檢測的結果 一致。未來可將此方法運用於其他結構問題的解析,減少硬體實驗所花費 的時間與成本,期望成為後續設計流程中的標準流程。

During the process of TV structure design. The design must pass the tests of safety standards of each country. If the safety-test is failed, the designers usually change or modify the design on their own experiences or rules. However it takes tests and modifications over and over before the solution is found. The purpose of the study simulated and analyzed the structure fractured of TV products during the impact tests by Finite Element Method. To set the drop height of impact test and parameters of the testing ball and testing parts. The testing conditions are referred to "Chinese National Standard-14408." The simulation results of control group were compared with experimental group, and base on the simulation data to forecast the result of impact test that structure was design changed. The study shows CAE can accurately simulate structure fracture and support the designer solve the structure issue more efficiently. In the future, this flow can be used for other analysis of structure issues precede the real test to saving time and costs.
