企業教育訓練對員工創新影響之探討

摘要


現今的世代,創意與創新的議題不斷地充斥著我們的生活。不管哪一個產業,都需要創意,讓生活中充滿驚奇和許多的不可思議。任何產業進步的力量,就在於他們的思想、創意是否夠新穎、夠獨特、夠吸引人。 在產業間激烈的競爭下,勢必要找到組織內與眾不同的特色,才能夠與其他人競爭,這需要透過一些方式去啟發,才能夠發揮的淋漓盡致。在組織中,教育訓練扮演著舉足輕重的角色。企業有健全的教育訓練制度,對於受訓的人員,其能力與知識的提升、經驗的傳授等,都對整體企業有相當助益。 本研究探討個案B公司的企業教育訓練對員工創新的影響,結果顯示,教育訓練不論透過何種方式呈現,皆對員工的創新有很大的助益。然而投入越多的教育訓練,對員工創新並非呈正相關,其與員工的天分、特質、環境以及積極度有關。因此,適度且適當的教育訓練對員工創新的啟發是很重要的。

Life is full of the issues of creativity and innovation in present generation. Each industry needs creativity to make wonder flourish in customers’ life. To all industries, the power to progress depends on whether their idea or creativity are novel, unique, and attractive. Under intense competition between industries, the organization needs to find its own distinctive features so that it would be qualified enough to compete with others, which means to inspire and utilize those features. The study aims to discuss the case about the influence of company B’s business education and training on employees’ innovation. The result shows that adopting any kind of employee training benefits employees’ innovation enormously. However, employees’ innovation is not in direct proportion to excessive inputs of employee training. Instead, it correlates closely to employees’ talent, characteristic, and their surroundings. Therefore, appropriate employee training plays a significant role in the inspiration of employees’ innovation.
