近年來由於科技的進步以及通訊技術的發達,以IEC 61850通訊協定建置的變電所也越來越多。目前IEC 61850通訊協定都僅應用於變電所,並沒有往上發展至輸電系統,或是往下延伸至配電系統,在未來的展望中,希望能將IEC 61850通訊協定應用至整個電力系統上。 本研究模擬台電公司智慧配電之主幹線及分歧線的保護情境,並使用智慧型電子裝置(Intelligent Electronic Device, IED)進行硬體模擬,透過量測統計通用物件導向變電所事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event, GOOSE)的傳輸時間,對IEC 61850通訊協定應用至配電系統之保護進行一致性測試,根據測試結果討論當IEC 61850通訊協定往下延伸至配電系統時,該如何因應調整。 本論文藉由情境模擬完成IEC 61850通訊的一致性測試,未來可以此為參考,將IEC 61850通訊協定更完善的應用在配電系統上。
In recent years, due to the development of communication technologies, IEC 61850 communication protocol are used in more and more substations. At present, IEC 61850 communication protocol is only applied to substation, and has not been extended to transmission system, or applied to distribution system. The vision of IEC 61850 communication protocol is that it can be applied to the entire power system in the future. This study focuses on the simulation of smart power distribution scenario for the protection of trunk line and lateral of Taipower. We use Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) to conduct hardware simulation. The conformance test of IEC 61850 communication protocol applied to the protection of power distribution system is carried on through the measurement and count of the data transmission time of Generic Object Oriented Substation Event (GOOSE). According to the test results, we discuss how to adjust the IEC 61850 communication protocol when it is extended down to the power distribution system. This thesis has completed the conformance test of IEC 61850 communication protocol through scenario simulation. The results of this study can be used as a good reference to well apply IEC 61850 to the power distribution system communication in the future.
