動力電池組自動點焊機開發

Development of an Automatic Welding Machine for Power Battery Modules

摘要


本研究已完成開發一台適用於大容量儲能電池或動力電池組點焊所需自動化機台,由於目前大容量儲能或動力電池皆由同種小型圓形電池芯串並聯組裝後,再透過人工方式點焊而成最後產品。為了避免人為操作造成點焊品質不一並加快生產速度,因此利用自動化技術配合選用之點焊機,構成一組大型動力電池組自動點焊設備,以確保大容量儲能電池或動力電池焊接之品質。 本研究將自動化點焊機台分為準備區與自動點焊區兩部份交互作業。在兩個準備台分別進行電池之備料及點焊的動作。點焊的數量與位置可透過電腦程式在電腦人機介面上選取需要點焊的區塊後,即可進行自動點焊動作。此監控系統除了可監控目前點焊情況外亦可透過管理系統則可儲存目前點焊電池之相關資料。在點焊過程中,會有點焊銅柱損耗及積碳現象,需要將積碳清除否則會影響點焊品質,因此於機台上也有架設磨除銅柱積碳區,可設定在點焊過程中穿插磨除積碳確保點焊品質。 藉由本自動化點焊系統可有效提升大容量動力電池之生產品質及產能,同時可大量減少人力,並將透過電腦軟體將廠商目前人工操作經驗轉移建立一套完整之品質管理系統,藉此達到增加工作效率、準確性以及減少成本等效果。

The purpose of this research is to develop an automatic point welding machine for the large capacity of energy storage modules or power batteries modules. The large capacity of energy storage modules or power batteries modules consisted of columned batteries which are assembled parallel and serial and then to be welding by hand to form the final products at present. To avoid the welding quality lost by the mistakes of done by hand, promote the manufacturing speed and confirm the property of the large capacity of energy storage battery or power battery, we will use the automation technique combined the traditional mash welder to form the automatic welding system. The automatic welding system consists of two segments: preparing and automatic welding regions. These two parts will work alternately. We prepare the battery module in one region, and then the control system will control the automatic welding system to welding in the other region. The positions and number of welding points can be set in the graphic user interface. Furthermore, the control system can not only monitor the welding situation of now but also save the welding data and produce the reporting of data. The use of the automatic welding system will achieve the goal of promoting the welding property of the battery modules and increasing the outputs and to decrease a great deal of manpower. Furthermore, we will refer the article manipulation of the cooperation business to program a quality control system to enhance the working efficiency, accuracy and reduce the production cost.
