二價配位高分子的金屬感測與光催化研究

摘要


中文摘要 本論文根據實驗順序分為三個章節。主要集中討論含雙醯胺雙吡啶配位基與二價金屬所合成之配位高分子及其性質。 第一章: 本章節主要講述配位化學的基本知識,包括配位基與金屬離子之特性,並對配位高分子進行了簡要討論。 第二章: 本章主要討論三種由角型配位基4,4ˊ-oxybis(N-(pyridine-3-yl)benzamide) (L1) 與Hg(II)鹵化物所構成的一維配位高分子,[Hg(L1)X2H2O]n (X = Cl, 1; Br, 2; I, 3)。這些化合物的結構已經透過單晶繞射儀來鑑定。室溫下化合物 1 – 3 在水及各種有機溶液中浸泡七天以上,其結構皆具有良好的穩定性。化合物 1 – 3皆可在甲醇和乙醇兩種環境下,透過機械化學法備製。化合物 1 – 3 的發光特性及其對Fe3+離子檢測的潛力亦進行探討。 第三章: 本章主要介紹由二價金屬鹽類、雙醯胺雙吡啶配位基及各種二元酸所合成的把種配位高分子。這些化合物的結構已經透過單晶繞射儀來鑑定。上述八種配位高分子如下:[Co(L2)(5-ter-IPA)(H2O)2]n (L2 = N1,N4-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)terephthalamide) ; 5-tert-H2IPA = 5-tert-butylisophthalic acid), 4, {[Co(L2)(5-NO2-IPA)]2H2O}n (5-NO2-H2IPA = 5-nitroisophthalic acid), 5, {[Co(L2)0.5(5-NH2-IPA)]CH3OH}n (5-NH2-H2IPA =5-aminoisophthalic acid), 6, {[Co(L2)(MBA)]2H2O}n (H2MBA = diphenylmethane-4,4’–dicarboxylic acid), 7, {[Co(L2)(SDA)]H2O}n (H2SDA = 4,4-sulfonyldibenzoic acid), 8, {[Co2(L2)2(1,4-NDC)2(H2O)2]5H2O}n (1,4-H2NDC = naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), 9, {[Cd(L2)(1,4-NDC)(H2O)] 2H2O}n, 10, and {[Zn2(L2)2(1,4-NDC)2]2H2O}n, 11。化合物4 – 6 對於有機染料的光降解潛力亦加以探討。

Abstract In order to highlight the presentation of this thesis and to provide more detailed investigations of coordination polymer, the thesis was separated into three chapters according to the sequence of the work. This dissertation concentrated solely on the synthesis, and properties of bis-pyridyl-bis-amide and divalent metal-based coordination polymer. Chapter I At the outset, the basic aspects of coordination chemistry including ligands and different metal ions is introduced, including a brief discussion regarding coordination polymers. Chapter II Three isomorphous one-dimensional (1D) Hg(II) halide coordination polymers constructed from angular 4,4ˊ-oxybis(N-(pyridine-3-yl)benzamide) (L1), [Hg(L1)X2H2O]n(X = Cl, 1; Br, 2; I, 3), have been structurally characterized by using single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Complexes 1 – 3 were highly stable in water and various organic solvents at room temperature up to 7 days. Mechanochemical method has been used to reproduce 1–3, which was achieved only in MeOH and EtOH. Complexes 1 – 3 display luminescent properties and their potentials toward the detection of Fe3+ ion are discussed. Chapter III Eight coordination polymers constructed from divalent metal salts, using bis-pyriydl-bis amide ligands with different substituted dicarboxylic acid are reported. They were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The eight coordination polymers are [Co(L2)(5-ter-IPA)(H2O)2]n (L2 = N1,N4-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)terephthalamide) ; 5-tert-H2IPA = 5-tert-butylisophthalic acid), 4, {[Co(L2)(5-NO2-IPA)]2H2O}n (5-NO2-H2IPA = 5-nitroisophthalic acid), 5, {[Co(L2)0.5(5-NH2-IPA)]CH3OH}n (5-NH2-H2IPA =5-aminoisophthalic acid), 6, {[Co(L2)(MBA)]2H2O}n (H2MBA = diphenylmethane-4,4’–dicarboxylic acid), 7, {[Co(L2)(SDA)]H2O}n (H2SDA = 4,4-sulfonyldibenzoic acid), 8, {[Co2(L2)2(1,4-NDC)2(H2O)2]5H2O}n (1,4-H2NDC = naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), 9, {[Cd(L2)(1,4-NDC)(H2O)]2H2O}n, 10, and {[Zn2(L2)2(1,4-NDC)2]2H2O}n, 11. The photodegradation of organic dyes using complexes 4 – 6 is also reported.
