流旋型加工對鉻鉬鋼SAE4130機械性質之影響

摘要


本研究目的在探討SAE4130高清淨度合金鋼在旋型加工後對機械性質的影響,進而獲得最適合的製程參數,研發精密高強度無縫管件。 本研究在流程上首先完成材料成分及金相的確認、確認無誤後製作成適合之減縮率的旋型胚盂、經過旋型加工後,來探討旋型加工後機械性質之差異。 在實驗過程,針對每個階段均規劃量測加工前後的機械性質包含硬度以及機械強度,隨不同減縮率參數所呈現的趨勢,最後綜合各實驗階段之各項結果。 SAE4130適合應用順流旋型加工,製造高縮減率之精密無縫薄型管件,旋型管件需於製程中進行860℃淬火以及480℃回火熱處理後,方具有穩定的塑性,在完成旋型加工後可將原材硬度自HRc34.8提升至38.1,抗拉強度自1100MPa提升至1350MPa,降伏強度由900MPa最高可達1100MPa,獲得超高強度及優異機械性質的長薄管件。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of SAE4130 high-clarity alloy steel on mechanical properties after spinning. Then obtain the most suitable process parameters, and develop precision high-strength seamless pipe fittings In the process of this research, firstly, the material confirmation, the production of the spiral embryo cup, and the trial spinning process are completed, and then the optimal parameters are established, and then the formal spinning process is carried out. During the whole experimental process, the mechanical properties of the test pieces including strength, hardness and metallographic microscopic observation will be measured before and after each stage. With the trend of different processing parameters, finally, the results of each experimental stage are synthesized, and the key points that need to be paid attention to in each link are summarized after comparison and analysis. SAE4130 is suitable for the application of downstream spinning to manufacture precision seamless thin pipe fittings with high reduction rate Rotary pipe fittings need to be quenched at 860°C and tempered at 480°C in the process to have stable plasticity. After the spinning process is completed, the hardness of the raw material can be increased from HRc34.8 to 38.1, and the tensile strength can be increased from 1100MPa to 1350MPa, obtaining long and thin pipe fittings with ultra-high strength and excellent mechanical properties.
