摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃竹苗四縣市國民小學學校行政人員感受校長領導風格與工作壓力的關係。主要研究目的為:(一)探討不同背景之國民小學行政人員對校長領導風格的感受;(二)探討不同背景之國民小學行政人員的工作壓力;及(三)探討國民小學校長領導風格與行政人員工作壓力之關係。 本研究以問卷調查法進行,調查對象為桃園縣公立國民小學現職行政人員,研究工具為「國民小學校長領導風格與行政人員工作壓力感受調查問卷」。從417所公立國民小學中,抽取56所的教師兼主任、教師兼組長,共計506位,回收問卷381份,有效問卷364份,可用率為71.94﹪。統計方法採平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé法事後比較、Pearson積差相關等。 本研究結論分述如下: 一、桃竹苗四縣市縣國民小學行政人員知覺校長領導風格以高關懷高倡導為 主。 二、桃竹苗四縣市國民小學行政人員知覺工作壓力之現況屬於中下程度。 三、不同年齡、服務處室及學校規模國民小學行政人員對校長領導風格有顯著 差異。 四、不同服務處室、行政合計年資及學校規模的國民小學行政人員在工作壓力上有顯著差異。 五、桃竹苗四縣市國民小學校長領導風格與行政人員工作壓力有顯著正相關。 六、桃竹苗四縣市縣國民小學校長領導風格對行政人員工作壓力有預測力。 根據上述研究結論,對教育行政機關、學校行政領導及未來之研究提出建議。
Abstract This study was to explore the relationships between Principals’ Leadership Styles and Administrators’ Job Stress of Elementary Schools:An Example at Taoyuan County,Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City,and Miaoli County.The study used survey method. People Subjects were all administrators of the elementary schools in Taoyuan County ,Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City,and Miaoli County. The survey instrument was “Questionnaire of Elementary School Principal’s Leadership Styles and administrators’ Job Stress ”. Then, random selected 506 elementary school administrators of Taoyuan County ,Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City,and Miaoli County as survey sample. The study reclaimed 506 questionnaires and 364 of them are considered as effective. The usable percentage was 71.94﹪.The data obtained from questionnaires was coded, recorded and executed with the statistic software, SPSS for Windows 12.0. The statistical methods included t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation….etc. The results of the study were as follows: 1.Most of elementary school principals’ leadership was high relationship high work. 2.Most of the elementary school administrators’ job was below 3 . 3.The elementary school administrators with different background variables of age, office, and school scale significantly differ in perception of principals’ leadership. 4.The elementary school administrators with different background variables of office ,senioriy, and school scale significantly differ in job strees. 5.There is a positive correlation between administrators’ perception of principals’ leadership and job stress. 6.The Principals’ Leadership Styles was the strongest predictor to the Administrators’ Job Stress.
