以運算轉導放大器設計電壓式二階低通、高通、及帶通濾波電路之非理想效應之改進

Non-ideal Effect and Improvement of Voltage-Mode OTA-C Lowpass, Hightpass, and Bandpass Quadratic Filter

摘要


儘管運算轉導放大器之濾波器(OTA-C filter)的文獻已經相當豐 富,但是合成高階濾波器的特點仍然是一個現行的主題。本論文以運 算轉導放大器(Operator Transconductance Amplifier,簡稱OTA) 來設 計二階電壓式濾波電路,且電路架構需符合最少元件之設計方式。 本論文使用兩顆單端輸出與兩顆雙端輸出的運算轉導放大器 (OTAs)並搭配兩顆接地電容器的方式,設計出只要單一電壓輸入即可 在不同節點得到不同濾波效果的輸出方式,以達到同時提供高通 (High-Pass)、低通(Low-Pass)與帶通(Bandpass)濾波等不同的 濾波訊號輸出使用。其次,則探討如何以調整外加電容值或OTA的轉 導值方式來吸收寄生效應,以得到較精準的高頻電路。 最後,則以H-SPICE 進行電路特性模擬,使用tsmc035 參數來進 行實際製程驗證,並搭配Matlab 所得到的理想結果進行交叉比 對,以測試此電路之濾波性能是否完善,並將其結果記錄下來,以 作為日後研究非理想效應之數據參考。

Although the operational transconductance amplifier filter (OTA-C filter) has a rich literature, but the synthesis of high-order filter characteristics is still an active topic. In this paper, an operator transconductance amplifier (OTA) was use to design second-order voltage-type filter circuit that needed consistent with minimum component. Only a single voltage input can be different at different nodes of the output filter was design by using two single-node, two dual-nodes, and two grounded capacitance to achieve High-Pass, Low-Pass, and Band-Pass filter at same time. Single voltage input can be different at different nodes of the output filter was design by using two single-node, two dual-nodes, and two grounded capacitance. Secondly, to explore how to adjust the capacitance value and transduction value of OTA to absorb the parasitic effects in order to obtain more accurate high-frequency circuits. Finally, utilize H-spice carry on circuit characteristic to simulated, and also use tsmc035 parameter make verification of simulation the actual process authentication. Then, compare Matlab calculation result to carry out strain wave performance (Filtering performance), the relevant characteristic comparison, and verification features and to record for future research on the non-ideal effect reference information.
