探討不同回收模式下 之逆物流回收價格與訂購量

Exploring the return price and economic ordering quantity of reverse logistics under different return models

摘要


在產品再製造的各個過程中,產品回收的數量不確定問題以及回收產品的再製造率問題都會對再製造過程帶來相當大的影響。此外當產品回收價格低時,其回收的產品數量也相對的較少,其供給的數量並不足以提供企業再製使用。在存貨管理方面,再製造的存貨系統可以分成三種,第一種是回收期間內有P次訂購(P,R=1),第二種是在定購週期內有R次回收(P=1,R),第三種P次訂購週期內有 次回收(P,R),而大部分學者皆探討第一種與第二種模型,且沒有學者是針對這兩種模型做優劣之探討。考量到模式複雜度問題與學者探討多為(P,R=1)、 (P=1,R),故本研究亦將探討此兩種模式差異,並加入了不良品檢驗與回收價格。 在模式一與模式二皆經過敏感度探討後,本研究發現回收價格可以影響其總成本。回收價格提高時,會使得回收數量變多,但無法確保回收數量變多時,是否可以讓總成本降低,僅能得知使用回收產品進行再製造可能會降低總成本。而經過進一步探討回收價格之後,可以發現模式一與模式二皆在新品訂購成本與再製造成本之間有Trade-Off關係,且在兩模式之間皆有最小單位週期成本。而其單位週期成本是呈現先略下降再上升之現象。另外本研究的驗證也顯示模式一的單位週期成本皆優於模式二。

In remanufacturing process, the uncertainty of return quantity and remanufacturing rate of returned products both can bring significant impacts on remanufacturing process. On the other hand, when the return price of products are low, the quantity of returned products are also relatively low, So its supply quantity can not provide enterprises the sufficient quantity for reuse. In inventory management, the inventory system of remanufacturing can be divided into three categories, the first one is times of order in return cycle (P,R=1), the second one is times of return in ordering cycle (P=1,R), and the third one is R times of return in p times of order cycle (P,R). Most scholars explored the first and second model, but no scholars explore the advantage and disadvantage of these two models. Considering the complexity of the models and most of scholar explored (P,R=1) and (P=1,R), this research explore the difference between these two models, and aggregate inspecting defective items and return price. After doing sensitivity analysis of model 1 and model 2, this research finds return price can affect its remanufacturing cost. When return price raised, the return quantity will be increased, but it can not be confirmed whether the total cost being decreased or not when return quantity being increased. In addition, this research find that the total cost can be decreased by remanufacturing return products. After exploring return price, this research discovers that the cost of new ordered products and remanufacturing cost between model 1 and model 2 have relationship of trade-off, and both models have minimal unit cost. The behavior of the unit cost is slightly decreased at first and then raised. On the other hand, the test result shows the unit cost of model 1 is better than that of model 2.
