膨潤土布經凍脹作用後其力學性質影響研究

摘要


膨潤土布(Geosynthetic Clay Liner, GCL),是一種地工合成材料,其主要用途為阻水、防滲。工程界常利用其特殊性質減少液體滲流通過,以達到防滲阻水的目的。水資源的貯蓄工程中,採用的阻水材料效果影響甚大。 爲了解膨潤土布在高緯度或高山地區的適用性,因為高緯度或高山地區有產生凍融現象的可能,故本研究對於環境因子中的溫度變化對膨潤土布的力學性質影響進行探討。針對膨潤土(Bentonite)、膨潤土布(GCL)本身,進行凍融循環試驗,之後進行力學性質試驗。 本實驗試體分為兩種,一、經過凍融循環的狀況。二、原始狀態、有無正向應力在不同的凍融循環下進行抗張及針軋強度試驗並相互比較,根據研究結果歸納得知:凍脹作用對於膨潤土本身的結構會產生變異,使其品質略為降低;對膨潤土布中的不織布及織布抗張強度影響不大,但是針軋強度的影響就相當的明顯了,試體只要經過了凍融循環,針軋強度便會大幅度下降,在循環9次的時候,膨潤土布的針軋強度會降到更低。

Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) is the geosynthetic material mainly applied to water blocking and anti-seepage. For its particular characteristics of reducing permeation, it is often used for the purpose of anti-seepage and water blocking in engineering, especially adopted as the water-blocking material for water storage projects. For understand the applicability of bentonite fabric used in high latitudes or high mountains, in the high latitudes or high mountains place study probable produce freeze-thaw. the environmental factor of temperature for GCL. conducted the freeze-thaw tests of Bentonite and GCL, and to proceed dynamics quality tests as well. This experiment sample to sort two. One、with the freeze-thaw two、the original state, which were conducted the needle peel and tensile strength tests with and without the applied stress. According to the results, this study could know that: the frost heaving effect would induce the variation of bentonite and thus slightly reduce its quality. It has bare effects of tensile strength on the non-woven fabric of bentonite, but has significant effects on weaving cloth. The impact of needle peel strength is quite clear, sample a pass through freeze-thaw, peel strength became substantially a down, in cycle No.9 GCL peel strength is lower.
