面部穴位雷射針灸儀之單晶片監控系統

摘要


面部雷射針灸儀系統目前已發展至可攜式階段,然而當病人欲攜回自行使用時,醫師無法得知患者是否按照指示進行各項處方療程,對於回診時診斷影響甚大,故本研究係開發一套讓病人必須依規定完成雷射針灸療程之監控系統。 整體研究分為兩部份,一為光灸儀機構改良,二為單晶片監控系統程式設計。機構設計主要以適合病患長時間配戴為主,使用避免讓人體肌膚感到不適的材質;此外,在眼罩上安裝感應模組,當病人正確配戴才可觸發啟動療程系統。面罩控制方面,利用單晶片P89C51RD2 之IAP 功能,建立一套可經由晶片內部直接更改療程而不需使用PHILIPS 提供之燒錄介面;雷射光強度是以脈寬調變技術(PWM)來控制,搭配周邊電路藉由RS232連接電腦介面下指令給單晶片執行所需療程,用以控制八組雷射光束之照射強度及次序。 本系統依中醫師之要求,將療程時間分別設定為60 秒、120 秒以及180秒三項,若觸發時間未達原始設定,監控系統將會中斷療程之運作並對患者做出警告;反之,當療程依處方規定順利完成目標,系統將進入療程記錄模式,擷取病人已完整使用之數據供醫師做為參考,目前設定可做50 組記錄。此外,本研究透過IAP 功能搭配自行設計之電腦界面選單,提供8組穴位與4 種亮度變化供醫師進行療程選擇,並透過RS232 串列埠將穴位位置與其各自所需強度載入控制器中;在雷射輸出控制方面使用PWM 功能,設定頻率為500Hz,占空比為20%、40%、60%、80%,精確控制8 組雷射二極體光強度輸出,以數位方式控制類比電路,可大幅降低系統的成本和功耗。

Facial laser acupuncture instrument system has now been developed to portable stage. However, when the patient wishes to bring them back to their own use, doctors do not know whether the patient is in accordance with the instructions of the prescribed course of treatment. This study develops a monitoring instrument for laser acupuncture treatment using single-chip control system. The overall study is divided into two parts: (i) improve the shape of laser acupuncture instrument, and (ii) development of single-chip control system. The instrument is primarily designed to comfort the patient for long time wearing and to prevent the skin from the used material. In addition, goggles, sensors installed on the module can be triggered when a patient starts to wear during the proper course of treatment. The use of single-chip P89C51RD2 of IAP function helps in the establishment of more user friendly burning interface. The chip can control the intensity of the laser light by pulse width modulation technique (PWM) via RS232 interface. The self-designed interface provides physicians to select eight different points and four intensity change. Eight sets of laser beams are used and its irradiation intensities are controlled by the chip. According to the treatment requirement, the system can set 60, 120 and 180 seconds. If the trigger time is below the original settings, monitor system will interrupt the treatment process and warn the patients. On the contrary, when the course of treatment is in accordance with the prescribed time, the system will enter the course record mode on successful completion of goals and can store the data. The system is used to record 50 sets of data. The use of the laser output control PWM function at 500Hz, and duty cycle of 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% can precisely control the intensity of eight groups of laser diodes. This digital control of analog circuitry can reduce the system cost and power consumption significantly.
