精實生產應用與探討- 以半導體封裝測試廠為例

摘要

面對全球化以及發展中國家的低成本競爭壓力，精實生產儼然成為現今生產製造企業的生存和業務永續經營的唯一方式。精益生產的主要目的是的減少浪費，並且使用較少的資源創造出更多的產出。精益生產成為許多企業的業務運行上的基石。本研究以減少生產時間、減少運輸時間並消除浪費等精益生產原則，運用到IC封裝和測試公司。透過價值溪流圖可以得知生產率的提高和生產週期的降低，客戶滿意度也因此增加。

Facing the pressures of globalization and low cost competition from developing countries, lean production becomes a way for today’s modern manufacturing companies to survive and keep a continuity business. The main purpose of lean production is to reduce waste, so more output can be generated by using less input. Lean production becomes many enterprises’ foundation for running a business forever. This study applied lean production principles to an IC packaging and test company by reducing production time, reducing transportation time, and eliminating the waste. Value stream mapping showed the increase in productivity and the decrease in production cycle time. Customer satisfaction is therefore increased.
